  • I keep experimenting with my CNC and epoxy. This time I try to completely encapsulate a 3D model by creating a 2-faced design and filling epoxy from both sides. I also keep learning the best ways to use my new vacuum chamber.

That was really cool. I'm amazed at how much air came out of the wood, each time it went into the vacuum pot. Oh well, live and learn. Still looks cool. thanks for sharing your techniques.

Thanks. Me too. That small skull, when I poured the back, kept bubbling literally for hours!

Using shorter tools can reduce those vibration a lot

Indeed. But for this project I had to dig quite deep so I needed tools that go at least 25-30mm.

Thanks. It's a standard USB-linked touch screen, a bit like this one: www.amazon.fr/Polaroid-Moniteur-Portable-Tactile-Pouces/dp/B09Q3JYWWH/ref=sr_1_16?crid=3CQX60QRBSLQD&keywords=moniteur+touch&qid=1671010459&sprefix=moniteur+touch,aps,77&sr=8-16
