Something I’m noticing is that pro players will often stand straight up after a pass, almost intentionally making themselves late, almost forcing them to accelerate to get to the ball and attacking with more momentum. Do you guys have a video or thoughts on this? I’m feeling that my approach doesn’t accelerate because I’m approaching at more of an even pace.

hardest part for me is the timing of on my hits, I end up making contact either too late and hit it in the net or too early and hit it with my fingers.

    What's that at 5:35? 2,5 step approach?

How can I increase my vertical jumps? I'm 176 cm tall and I feel like my timing needs to be perfect for me to hit a spike properly because my hand is not over the net for long when I jump. There's a small window where I get my hand over the top of the net so if you have any tips for increasing vertical jump, specifically in the sand, would be appreciated.

Search for the channel "elevate yourself" coach Donny has some videos on how to improve spike timing, and plyometrics (jumping) training videos too, you'll find yourself getting a lot of useful tips from the guy

    Amazing as always!
I think the hardest part is anticipating and knowing where you need to/should be. Once you know where you need to be then getting there quick is a little easier
P.S you guys should join #teamseas

Most difficult definitely is passing. Move into direction where ball is anticipated instead of waiting to be sure where it is going.
