Dilophosaurus is definetly on my list of dinos to have in my park and my enclosure “The Dilo Swamps” is perfect for them overall my all time carnivore to have in a park both beautiful as it is deadly.

Okay, but who cares? Jurassic Park is a work of science fiction. Not a scientific study. Besides, even animal documentaries are not realistic. If I take the example of filmed documentaries, many directors use trained animals to make their films. What you see on the screen is very rarely the raw reality. It has been scripted, prepared, modified to be exploitable for entertainment purposes. Cinema is credible but never realistic. No film is realistic, even the artistic currents that have tried to get as close as possible to a form of realism are not. From then on, we enter the realm of fiction, of creation, and this is precisely what Crichton defended when he was alive about Dilo.
