I think you're incorrect about durability. Minus One's durability is not impressive. It was injured by WW2 era shells and bombs, lasers and plasma attack would hurt it. The Titan Trio can endure lasers and missles several time. Titan TV also has regenerative ability, but far below than that of Minus One. His screen emits radiation which actually make Minus One stronger. Also, current Titan TV has a Detainer Claw, which can absorb and deflect energy-based attacks. So there is a possibility that Titan TV could deflect Minus One atomic breath, though this is highly unlikely. In long range, the Titan Trio would get one-shotted. In close combat, Titan Trio has a small chance to win if they perfectly coordinate. But Minus One regenerative ability will made the win meaningless. I think the only Godzilla that the Titan Trio can defeat is Godzilla 1998.

Now of course feats apply, and godzilla minus one most likely could take down UTSM, but already UTCM would solo godzilla minus one, let alone UTTM. They got too powerful weapons, too many of them, and they're also robots. Does the large camera allowed to have any equipments? A large speakerman would be more fair, since he has the height advantage and can emit loud sound. Though large TVman would be overkill.

I think you're incorrect about durability.
Minus One's durability is not impressive. It was injured by WW2 era shells and bombs, lasers and plasma attack would hurt it. The Titan Trio can endure lasers and missles several time. Titan TV also has regenerative ability, but far below than that of Minus One. His screen emits radiation which actually make Minus One stronger.
Also, current Titan TV has a Detainer Claw, which can absorb and deflect energy-based attacks. So there is a possibility that Titan TV could deflect Minus One atomic breath, though this is highly unlikely.
In long range, the Titan Trio would get one-shotted.
In close combat, Titan Trio has a small chance to win if they perfectly coordinate. But Minus One regenerative ability will made the win meaningless.

UTCM-64 meters
UTTM- 66 meters
Now godzilla minus one is like either 50 or 51 meters, so UTSM alone is slightly taller than it.
