- Supreme Court (SC) said the Enforcement Directorate (ED) cannot arrest an accused under Section 19 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) after a special court has taken cognisance of the complaint of money laundering.

Delhi high court has validated all the submitted evidences and confirmed they are valid. Thats why Keju was taken for further enquiry. Either you read the news or you donot make comments
You people mean to say that the arrest of Alamgir by ED was wrong /illegal who caught with 37 crores in cash ? SC will take care of the rights of selected people like Kejriwal, but not Hemant Soren . And above all a common man can’t approach Supreme Court for anything. Because he has no money to approach SC or to give lakhs as fees to the advocates . So justice from SC is a very distant feeling / thing for the poor people like me . But some influential people are always more than equal and their rights has more value before the courts
Most people accused under PMLA act are corrupt politicians and officials. It is unfortunate that Supreme court came to tell the agencies like ED, CBI and IT not to arrest them but what about the comman man who are languishing in jail and every day we read about violations by local police and courts? Please come to the help of those who can't go to top court by engaging advocates charging lakhs and crores for appearance.
