I love that the exercises are beneficial and playful for all age groups, and minimal equipment is required. Kids can use these exercises to further develop fine and gross motor skills at school and home setting (indoors and outdoors). I can see these ideas used as rehab exercises for seniors or anyone who is recovering or suffering from an injury or illness. These exercises can be implemented into any workout as well as drama and art classes! Thank you for sharing and I will be using this video as an inspiration to put together a fitness program for kids as well as university students this season.
