They where to be easy to use, able to continue to perform at their peak with minimal maintenance, cheap and easy enough to be put in mass production but not incapable of adaptability, able to work on harsh environments like deserts and harsh winters and above all able to perform their parts for the Soviet combined arms doctrine. In all of these sectors Soviet designs where without a question superior to NATO designs. But not straight up better. Even their most basic of equipment the AK had more to it than just being easy to use and mass produce. In Vietnam even Americans preferred it to their M16's. Meanwhile their tanks while not having the range or optics of NATO tanks had greater emphasis in protection and armor as well as good speed, their easier mass production also meant a higher possibility to have the numerical advantage in engagements. 1V1 a NATO tank has the advantage. But 2v1 is an entire different story, as the more tanks means the more likely one of the 2 will spot the enemy and shoot first to it, and the first hit is very important in these engagements. Now 4v1 is an almost obvious outcome. Even today said tanks still retain these advantages yet have been modified on, to become even better to the point of facing NATO equipment even 1v1. Much like German Tigers and Panthers who lost the number 1 spot for WW2 best tank to the T-34, for despite their armor, cannons and (panther's) speed, they where too expensive to mass produce and maintain, used up fuel too quickly, endangered their tracks being broken for moving through rough terrain and their wheels made their German engineers repairing them a living hell because for some stupid reason in order to: lets say these "0" are wheels and you wanted to repair the damaged one "O" = 00000O0 , to get to "O" you must remove ALL OTHER WHEELS IN ORDER TO GET TO IT AND WHEN FINISHED PUT THEM ALL BACK IN THE SAME WAY. Of course these where not exactly "light". Needless to say, there is a reason many of them where just abandoned in the eastern front. (Also the T-34 85 variant could even pierce the armor of any Tiger or Panther so their advantages did not matter when you face so many such tanks. Mass production capability is part of an equipment quality.) Also NATO designs share a common flaw. They are meant for a "rich mans war". Do to their weapons lack of reliance on harsh conditions and expensiveness they where not well received by their lend lease to their proxies, especially South Vietnam, where they could not replace destroyed or missing parts from their vehicles and having to use up fuel WAY too quickly. And in the jungles of Vietnam said equipment loses where devastating for them since they could not replace them, and their tanks and aircraft used up what little fuel they could get their hands on very quickly. In the end Soviet designs and technology where at a brilliance on par with NATO. (at the LEAST.)

It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece , I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the bacon go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul , and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on bacon. hail bacon. hail bacon. The spinning bacon, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such a bacon do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the bacon spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the bacon scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any piece of bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 57:42.I am currently crying so hard right now.
