- Long Time No Upload, so here's another one.
This time I flew Asiana Airlines on a short trip to New York return from Sydney. First stopping over in Seoul. So this is just the flight. I also managed to get lounge access (so short preview only - the lounge will be the next video). I'm also planning to upload the Seoul to New York sector on the A350 as well, so stay tuned to that too.
Overall this flight was pretty decent, not as great as Singapore Airlines but still deemed worthy of 5 star airline status. It has a significantly cheaper price tag as well.

The food for economy looks really good, although i could never eat all that spicy food on a plane though lol
@@stevenholmes4395 Sure does look great. Although there's non spicy options. But that said once you get used to their spicy food, you'll never want the western option. 😂😂😂

Yeah they do. Although some of their aircraft is aging and needs a replacement.

Nice detailed review. I like Asiana's A380. I always fly in the Upper Deck if I'm in economy.

Good video just that I never been on either Asiana or Korean air.
Just wondering if you have been which airline would you recommend?
My Korean friend told me she caught Garuda Indonesia to Jakarta stop over before going to Seoul the other time, and she thinks Garuda Indonesia beats Korean air (and this is coming from a KOREAN)
Yeah lately garudas service has been great, I've flown them before and I can confirm. Haven't been on Korean air so I don't know

Yeah, it was the upper deck. I booked early so that's how I got seats on the upper deck. Luckily Asiana Airlines is one of those few airlines that provide upper deck economy seats. SQ is starting to phase them out (and other airlines too).

I think so too, but often or not the turnover is fast so cleaners usually end up cutting corners. :O

I think at the beginning you said there was long layover. Are they providing hotel room for you?
They do offer provided you pay a certain fare (usually the more expensive ones), but I paid the cheapest fares so I crashed an Airbnb.
@@YZsTravelAdventures Ok thanks, i just dont want to have to go thru customs and deal with it. I think they have some places in the airport for rest. Any advice would be appreciated. BTW, great video.
No problem. There's a few areas for rest but I cleared customs primarily to eat food in the vicinity and visit convenience stores. 😂😂😂
