I got my Commercial rating in a Piper Arrow and I loved it on my Check ride with my Examiner.. the Arrow is still the best complex aircraft to do all your maneuvers in . The Cessna Cutlass RG is ok depending on the choice of low or high wing and especially when you on slow flight the emergency landing gear buzzes and doing your clearing turns and keeping your eyes out for traffic communicating and navigating and was more important is flying the airplane and always remember on every flight to use and follow the airplane Checklist at all times . Manassas Airport is close and I love to go flying in a Piper Arrow again to be a safety pilot for pilots who need to get IFR current.
+DocsOnAPlane Roughly 6 hours each way. T-Tail is faster since the stabilator is 13% smaller in span and you get less vibrations in cruise since the stabilator is out of the prop wash. I've read the comments online, I personally have never had any issues landing a T-Tail.

Nice! How long was the total flight? Can you tell any differences in flying t tail versus normal stabilator?

Every Dakota or Arrow owner will tell you their plane is better. It truly depends on your mission. Good luck!
