Yes when the rear shutter retracts you can press the shutter release to ready the camera again but why not press the button inside the advance knob (crank), the multi-exposure button, and just wind the crank then?
Also to use the shutter on the lens why not put the camera into "C" mode instead of having to match the shutter speeds? Does matching the shutter speeds really work no funny dark lines ...etc?
Love you work and all the equipment showcasing and explaining. Keep up the good work.

@@hasselbladexpert good points John but one thing to keep in mind C mode sets the focal plane to a baffle mode, and F does the same thing on a lens, so ALWAYS have the darkslide in, so if one accidentally puts both F & C modes into effect simultaneously nothing will go wrong (aka no shutters active, so like in a view camera lens, fogs film 😞); and according to manuals, you NEED to stop down the iris, as the meter of these bodies can't see the iris setting if the lens has no contacts! [C, CF, CFE, CFi lenses] so the meter gets the right light (as being stopped down, it only sees the light the film will during exposure).

4:12 The shutter-curtain retracts to prevent getting damaged while attaching the magazin. This feature cames first time in the 2000FC/M, the original 2000fc does not have this feature.
