Sir humhare ground plus one floor hai usme mittike niche se chaad tak column size 10×10 inches hai aur usme 12 mm ka 4 sariya laga huya hai jisme 6mm ka starps laga huya hai us se koyi problem to nehi hogi na sir? Please reply

Sir mera ghar ka footing ka depth 4 feet hai.....aur usme 10 inch tak Trapezoidal footing kia hai.....kya mai 2 manjila ghar bana sakta hoon?? Total 15000 sq ft ka hai ghar....coloum size 10*12 hai aur distance 12 feet hai...... please help me sir
