• a pinch of salt
• 8 g vanilla sugar or 1 sachet of vanillin
• 160 g of sugar
• 120 ml sunflower oil
• 180 ml of milk at room temperature
• 15 g baking powder
• 250 g flour 00
• 20 g of bitter cocoa
• 2 tablespoons of milk
• powdered sugar
