Well one easy way is to just not use the phone number provided to you by your carrier and use a third party app to make calls like text now because the numbers are not just thrown out to the public like Carrier numbers
Consider killing the Windows explorer on the scammer‘s computers after executing your malware so they cannot shut down via the start menu or turn off their WiFi, without holding down the power button

You can just disable the power button in the energy settings in the control panel but this is Windows so you can also just do it via a command prompt in the background in some way. Then they would actually just have to hold the button down for like ten seconds.

One of the best things someone can do if they get a scam email mentioning a charge on your account is check your bank account, NOT calling the number in the email. They are banking on the shock value causing you to call, but checking your bank would show it isn't a real charge.
No, VPN is just the thing that helps in doing the "changing IP address to somebody else's IP address" by letting you choose IP addresses from other countries, which will grant you to live in USA even if you're in India just by using the VPN to get a USA's IP address. Since internet's address is called IP address, that will give us the answer. VPN is in shortcut, just a free software for normal people that makes the internet website, softwares, etc think that you're from changes their internet address to other countries, which will make you use internet features of other countries be used in your country (example, since TikTok is banned in India, you can change your IP to a different country and then use it again). But it may give you slower internet speed, as the latency(ping) increases.

No, VPN is just the thing that helps in doing the "changing IP address to somebody else's IP address" by letting you choose IP addresses from other countries, which will grant you to live in USA even if you're in India just by using the VPN to get a USA's IP address. Since internet's address is called IP address, that will give us the answer. VPN is in shortcut, just a free software for normal people that makes the internet website, softwares, etc think that you're from changes their internet address to other countries, which will make you use internet features of other countries be used in your country (example, since TikTok is banned in India, you can change your IP to a different country and then use it again). But it may give you slower internet speed, as the latency(ping) increases.
