How does this inverter work without a transformer?

The input voltage is high voltage DC 360V - 460V DC which is switched directly wihout transformer and gives you the output required AC.

I think that there is an error in reading the watts .. the output was 5 amps while it was reading on the LCD screen 2800 watts
