Hanabi has, not much. Her range is decent, damage is low until lategame( you still can't 1vs1 if there's no other creep/minion to deal extra damage with passive, you do have extra lifesteal but other mms can deal more damage)
Her ult is not target locked so it can miss, can be blocked by frontliners and it's immobilizes instead of stun so they can still fight back.
Looking at her weaknesses, a simple dash will just give her some survivability, not making her op at all.

she should be a hit and run mm because there's only a few assassin mm but also she's a ninja she should deal critic damage but you have to aim it just like Beatrix rifle..
Or her attack speed will be capped at average speed but her higanbana deals extra damage when it hits an enemy when it return to her just like nana's boomerang.

I really liked her Black and Red higanbana color scheme better
Tbh the previous red and black suited her well. And the armours on her hands used to be more realistic. Even they nerfed her melons. That's not fair at all. And what's a ninja without a mask. Her higanbana was a lot cooler cause the red and black colour combination looked nice. And now the weapon looks like trash. The concept designs were good to. Idk how did they even select this weapon design.

@@Valome_Virtual_Gravedigger I calculated the magical power scaling difference from old and new kagura, when using combo 1st + ult + 1st. It turned to be a WHOOPPING 155% MAGIC DIFFERENCE. Kagura has been nerfed a lot
