You know I tend to steer away from foreigners when trying to learn electronics because it could be difficult understanding them sometimes but you did a really good job you earned your subscription you made it pretty easy to understand and you made it very helpful with all the different visual aids
Thank you for the video. One question I still cannot find an amswer to: with your simple animation which starts around 4:30, there are 2 brushes where the positive and negative brushes oppose each other. In the full animation you use through the beginning and ending of the video, there are 4 brushes which the negative brushes oppose each other and the positive brushes oppose each other. How are the loops of armature configured then, does each loop have ends 90 degrees to each other instead of 180 degrees apart?
Sir i have a doubt.. If armature coil connet to positive side of battery and other end is connect to negative side.so postive side of coil becomes north pole and negative end become south pole?
Am studying, diploma in electrical its very helpful to understand like practically,, inertia? How current flows our required direction,,? Can we done experiment in matlab
The brushes continue to make contact with the commutator as the armature spins, allowing current to flow into the armature. This keeps the torque on a DC motor from reversing every time the coil moves through the plane perpendicular to the magnetic field.
If you give an AC supply to a DC motor, the motor will not operate as intended. DC motors are designed to run on DC power, which means the current flows in only one direction. Where as AC power changes direction and magnitude at a fixed frequency, which would cause the motor to vibrate and produce a humming sound. When an AC supply is connected to a DC motor, the motor will experience an initial surge of current due to the capacitance of the motor windings. This current surge can cause overheating and damage to the motor windings and brushes.

our education system need this type of 3D animation study material.
Ha it's correct
But It's not 3D
10 times reading is equal to 1 time watching...Very good attempt sir...
in 10 minutes t clears my concept of dc motor , thanks for the video

Thanks man
You are from where?
@@LearningVibes I'm in the lower United States
It is highly educative and simplified.
The fact that you asked so nicely…I’m gonna subscribe.
This was very detailed explanation! Thank you sir
It is exciting and clearly explained. Thank you.

Thanks for the appriciation
i am patient
for me too
thanks for this short video
बहुत बढ़िया, बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद
You explained everything very well.
Thanks
Excellent video, it has really helped me understand a dc machine, thanks a lot.
Thank you sir
great learning video.. better than a class of attending a semester in university
Bestest explanation ❤

Clear understandable 😊
Thank you so much sir
Thanks you sir ❤️
Good explanation
Sir i have a doubt.. If armature coil connet to positive side of battery and other end is connect to negative side.so postive side of coil becomes north pole and negative end become south pole?
Yes you can understand that way
@@LearningVibes it works that way only
How the polarity of a coductor can say "s" pole when the direction of force is upward and "n" pole when downwards?

this is interesting....
Do you also teach the construction of amotor??
Amazing 😍

Its a kind request to you
Can I produce motor for my bicycle using this process and where do I attach it, the tires?
Yes. You need to attech it in wheels
where is the link of classification of dc motor?
Sir ur super sir.
Tnq
You are most welcome ☺️
Thanks a lot
BEST
if dc supply give to winding so how it will change polarity because dc is direct current it not alternating?
There so basic
Sir i want more electrical diploma syllabus videos..
Salery for our teachers are waste compared to uh sir...
They are also good.
Every one is different, and good in their own ways.
Thanks you for your appriciation
sir what is the software animation your are using
What is the work of brushes in the motor ?
The brushes continue to make contact with the commutator as the armature spins, allowing current to flow into the armature. This keeps the torque on a DC motor from reversing every time the coil moves through the plane perpendicular to the magnetic field.
🙏
differentiate between ac dc

can the supply to stator and rotor be Ac? if not, why ?
If you give an AC supply to a DC motor, the motor will not operate as intended. DC motors are designed to run on DC power, which means the current flows in only one direction. Where as AC power changes direction and magnitude at a fixed frequency, which would cause the motor to vibrate and produce a humming sound.
When an AC supply is connected to a DC motor, the motor will experience an initial surge of current due to the capacitance of the motor windings. This current surge can cause overheating and damage to the motor windings and brushes.
So it's true that if I spin a CPU fan I can produce electricity.
How to create this kind of animation
