Oi ! Oi! Brings back memories. I was struttin with my clan in the late 60's at 14yrs old. BS shirt, red braces, bleachers rolled up, and of course my cherry red Docs. Got angry anytime the big boys 'polished' my head. I'm 70 now and still miss those times Keep it going boys. Rocksteady !!
They used to shave their heads, but now, due to age, most of them don't have to.😄 Best regards and respect. Memories of the 1980s and early 1990s in Poland. We used to clash with Polish skinheads as rockers. Later in Poland, the football hooligan subculture grew stronger, skinheads and punks disappeared, and the former free rockers created MC clubs.

Might have been alright back in the day. But its not now. Skinhead was a youth fashion. Late 1960s early 1970s. Died out a bit, then was revived late 1970s through to early 1980s. Then it completely died out. Most Skins moved on. Obviously, these didn't. Looks camp to be truthful. The gay scene took on this look in the 1990s. Making it meaningless within mainstream culture. If it was about anything it was about youth. These aren't youths.
Yes the years 1972 until Punk was a bit pointless the flared jeans and long collared shirts long haired the Boot Boys wore lasted longer then the Original Skins and then it all happened again but the Skinhead look surived the rest of the 80's with the Scooter Scene or the small numbers of the BNP. gAY skinhead looked seem to happen around mid 1980s and even Nick Crane the ahrdman of the Nazi Skins was living a double life.
@@chrisr5499 The Scooter Scene is still alive, these lads are scooterists, rallys are still full of skins, mods n soul boys, MA1 Flight jackets, Harringtons, Fred Perrys, Ben Shermans, Docs, Levi 501 all still very fashionable for youth and adults alike.
