Maybe it’s late at night and you can’t practice at the moment, but it is helpful to listen to the song you’re learning. Also, it can be helpful to have a guide to play along to, similar to a “play along” track. This method was very helpful when I was taking private lessons, and when I was learning a new piece. You also have the ability to fast forward or rewind to the specific part you are focusing on. AND you can pause if you need to OR adjust the speed to make the video slower or faster without affecting the pitch. Just try exploring the playback settings to adjust the video in a way that is most convenient for you.
