- In this powerful video, I perform shamanic drumming ceremonies using multiple drums in pure 432Hz frequency. This intense and spiritual practice is a powerful way to connect with the earth and gain spiritual insight. The loop I'm playing is very simple such that it is not distracting and you can focus on the beat purely. Fall asleep to beautiful nature videos and use relaxing music such as sleeping music, soothing meditation music, relaxation music, study music, and more. 🌳😴

When i cook my body for astral projection attempts during this one, my heart beats hard trying to vibe to the beat.....but not in a scary tachycardia way. It feels like it's a help not hinder type healing....i could be wrong though..im learning as i work...sure shuts my demons up though... can't hear you..not there..
