Yes I think he was doing playing with random heroes challenge then. He consider Shang a trash hero for now. Even without his main he is this strong. With his main he plays extremely well.

He played extremely passive with Shang during the 1st battle
Jack isn't OP. The last patch made special attack usable so jack mains just got a buff. But if anyone else wants to main him, it's still going to be hard because most of his attacks have very high recovery. Also, keep in mind that his special attack didn't receive a "buff". It received a hitbox fix so that it would finally work as intended.

The fix could be seen as a buff since it makes him stronger in some sort of aspect
@@tselotiii u should also consider the fact that special attack was straight up unusable before and jack mains have been suffering from an incomplete toolkit for months.
