Isani metro station - Tbilisi.

The metro station ,,Isani” is located on the Akhmeteli-Varketili line and was opened on May 5, 1971.
,,Isani” is one of the most modern metro stations in Tbilisi. The station owes its name to the district of the same name - Isani-Samgori.
The Isani metro station is a deep-level column station. The vestibule of the Isani station is designed in a new original style. The design of the station, the so-called “soap bubble” - a roof of five curved surfaces - rests on four supports. The roof area is 700 square meters.
The design of the Tbilisi metro stations mainly reflects the history of the people and the achievements of the republic in the fields of culture, art, science, industry, agriculture and sports.
The Tbilisi metro became the fourth in the former USSR after Moscow, Leningrad and Kyiv.
