0:46:21 - Dulles (IAD) is served by the Silver Line to Ashburn. Transfer at any station between Rosslyn and L’Enfant via the Blue Line to Downtown Largo, or at L'Enfant via the Yellow Line to Mt. Vernon Square. Baltimore (BWI) is a short train ride on either the MARC Penn Line or Amtrak Acela and Northeast Regional from Union Station via the Red Line to Glenmont. Transfer at Metro Center via the Blue Line to Downtown Largo, or at Gallery Place via the Yellow Line to Mt. Vernon Square.
The fact that you even to included those planes' flight information in 49:07 is truly incredible! This is such a great video! Always good to view something you use daily from a different perspective
It's obvious that you devote much time and effort to your post production. And the results are magnificent! You not only give an insightful commentary but a highly animated portrayal of DC Metro which guarantees user engagement and return visits. Keep up the good work
I can tell the Metro has changed some since I went to DC with my family back in 2011. I am visually impaired, so I am glad they changed the station announcements so they come through more clearly. Back when I went, the train operators announced the stops, and they weren't always good at speaking up. Had I not been accompanied by cited family members, I might have missed my stop.
What do they say at the end...this is the blue line train to Franconia-Springfield ??? Move to the center of the car..." I can't quite make than word out. It sounded like languardia.
"This is a Blue Line train to Franconia-Springfield. When boarding, move to the center of the car. The next stop is [the name of the next station]. Step back, doors closing."

Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much.
This is the most in-depth Washington Metro video that I’ve ever seen.

Thanks for watching. Unfortunately, some of the operators override the computer announcements, which is extremely frustrating.
1:06:00 This is the last stop, please gather your belongings and watch your step when exiting the train, thank you for choosing metro.
