  • Welcome to our Beginner Abs Workout Routine! I'm karam Akhtar, and I'll be guiding you through today's session. This is the first video in a series designed to help you build a stronger core, with each video increasing in difficulty.
    Before we get started, it's important to do a light warm-up. Spend a few minutes doing some light cardio, like jumping jacks or jogging, to get your blood flowing and muscles warmed up.
    Workout
    Today's workout consists of eight exercises, each performed for 30 seconds with 30 seconds of rest in between. Here's the lineup:
    1- leg raises
    2- heel taps
    3- flutter kicks
    4- side plank hold
    5- plank front up
    6- bicycle crunces
    Remember to maintain a full range of motion throughout each exercise and focus on proper form to avoid injury. Listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
