Yes I did and they really disappointed me because they wouldn't even look at it. I offered to even drive it to their facility and they told me they probably couldn't even get anyone to come out and look at it even if I did. They didn't want any part of helping me which was extremely disappointing, especially being right down the road from them. The only thing they did was talk to the coachglass tech and agreed with what he said after begging them to and multiple phone calls.
I was speaking with Newmar this morning regarding an appointment for service I have coming up and after I was done with my stuff I mentioned your situation. That fix you talked about isn't the answer and the cost estimate according to Newmar is crazy. Based on my description of your issue they know the problem and how to fix it. Your talking about re-installing the windshield and some additional work behind the front cabinets. 15 or so hours of labor he thought. Much less than you talked about in the video and knowing Newmar as I do I believe it will be done right. You should at least let them give a estimate. Maybe you and I can communicate somehow. I don't want to put my phone number on here. Maybe an email.

We ended up having the glass glued to the gasket up the sides and across the top and then the gasket to the body up the sides and across the top .. left the bottom floating like it should be. That has held it together for 2 years now no issues. The other thing that has helped is when you auto level come back and adjust it a little to make sure your not twisting the body of the rv to much

Did you consider consulting with Newmar? Nappanee is about 30 miles from you.

We are having the same issue with our 1999 mountain air did you ever figure out a fix for it
