    What is the difference between the Special Ops programs and the Seasonal Tactical Fitness Periodization programs?
    Remember it is all about creating a program that focuses on weaknesses development and maintenance of your strengths. This system allows for that to happen by systematically making changes to the programming every 13 weeks (seasons of the year).

    I've been studying your system with older books like Maximum Fitness and Navy Seal Weight Training Workout, but I haven't had as much success as I've wanted in understanding your periodization system, so I'm checking out these new books, Seasonal Tactical Fitness Periodization, in hopes of learning more. Looking forward to your new stuff!

    Hey coach, what order of your workouts would you recommend? Should someone start with this fitness periodization and then go into the sof specific workouts?

      That answer really depends on your athletic history and your timeline before you start training and need to crush fitness test. If you have a year or more absolutely do the periodization programs first. If you don’t maybe try one section of the periodization program that focuses on your weakness then go with the specific spec ops program
