This is a stupid question, but can you swap out the pre installed stock for a crane stock or even a Magpul CTR stock?

You can but you will have to rewire and the battery would have to fit inside the stock as the recoil system takes up space in the tube.

Nope, left it stock :) It's amazing out of the box already.
