I remember 20 years ago getting Emily Strange books at Hot Topic when I was in high school lol. Even though I was a boy I was a goth kid who loved Marilyn Manson and Tim Burton. These were really cool books.

Thanks Rob I discovered Emily in my early 20's while battling Anorexia and being put in a psychiatric ward... She was everything for me that Rob designed her for.. She gave me strength, she gave me hope and she taught me to live and not care what the world thought of me.... She was ME! If someone wore a Metallica tshirt, I would put on my Emily tshirt, why? She taught me that it's not wrong in life to be an Individual... She has so many lessons for everyone who feels (alone here)

Im literally the original Emily ... the actual original drawing started with red hair on a wall. He obviously sold to you guys the image. Met him in Vancouver BC in 96/97 at the art gallery basement after party. He said he was going to Asia to create a character. Asked my name and favorite animal. Hilarious
