      This sounds just like women who think they are “dating a movie star”. Just to send a quarter million dollars to some guy in Nigeria because Brad Pitt is just down on his luck and so in love with you. They all say THE SAME THING. “I know the real him”. You literally know nothing and no one can tell you otherwise. It’s main character syndrome.

      @kylewilliams5454Yes. Never get involved with a man who says, "I'm a nice guy." A really nice guy doesn't have to advertise it.

    • @pasindudinusha6507
      @pasindudinusha6507 2 months ago +22

      @kylewilliams5454 actually nice people are rare. For most people it's just the overall orientation to be nice or be bad. Obviously, someone who leans into overall nice type don't want to see people worse than them doing better because it basically insulting all the shit they have to put up with to being nice. But then if you expect rewards for being nice it can't be considered very genuine. Still even for rewards if they choose to be nice, I think deserve much better than people who choose to be bad. (Because being nice always have to selfless those people will mostly loose and overall reduce the number of nice people in society. So being nice actually has to have it's rewards it we want most people to be better because ideals alone is not enough for people to live)

    • @masterson0713
      @masterson0713 2 months ago +9

      @pasindudinusha6507 That's a very simple and ignorant perspective. No benefits to being "nice" be kind but assertive.

    • @pasindudinusha6507
      @pasindudinusha6507 2 months ago +11

      @masterson0713 if it doesn't benefit the individual, it's not enough to convince the majority to be good or rather 'do' good. We have no use of ideals that cannot yield results. If we want to make the world overall good, we have to make sure being good is rewarded more than being bad.

      I can easily kill my wife if I wanted to. Just with my bare hands I can snuff her out just like that. Women live with that power imbalance all the time. They done so for millenia.
      Anyway despite describing myself as very dangerous. My wife yells at me every single day and I listen to her like a little bitch. I don't even dare to talk back. It's like magic, it just works.
      Is it unreasonable for a woman to deploy a strategy that works 99% of the time? You can't look at the 1% of the time where the strategy doesn't work and say it's stupid.

      As a woman who used to date monsters, it's mostly 1. falling for their charming act...Bad guys have no problem putting on a fake persona and telling lies a woman wants to hear - a decent guy won't say "I love you" if he doesn't.
      2. Growing up in a family where someone's forced to deal with abusive, toxic people makes them do the same thing out in the world - they learn to adjust to toxicity (this also happens to a lot of men who go for bad women).
      A woman can start to see his bad behavior, but is used to making excuses for people acting poorly (like she did at home in order to mentally survive).
      3. she was taught to not trust her own judgment and perceptions. This typically starts at home, but it could also be caused by the manipulation of the abuser. Abusers put partner's down to lower their self esteem and make them second guess themselves all the time.
      I think these are the biggest reasons, though not all of them. Some women really do want bad men, because they think they deserve bad treatment or because they have bad character themselves.

      This video is quite misleading because women that are attracted to psychopaths are an anomaly. Normal women are obviously not into this. But even if only 2% of women are under that demographics, then that means roughly 3.3 million women in the U.S. would give a concentrated attention to the killer if he gets a national attention from the news. This gives a false idea to the people as if the killer is the most popular man where every woman is crazy for.

      @MediaTaker-c8bThere are some truth to it though. I consumed a lot of romance stories and it always bugs me how the top selling ones tend to feature abusive relationship. I don't think it's a myth that many women are attracted to things like this. @yeetman4953 People like you really don't understand the connection between "fantasy" and "desire". You don't regularly fantasize about things you don't desire. *Period.*
      Sometimes we imagine things we don't desire, and whenever that happens the normal response is disgust and a rational desire to avoid thinking about that specific thing again. But people who feed those imaginations and fantasies are doing so precisely because they don't personally believe it is wrong and/or negative in the first place; they _desire_ it to be something they can obtain, and society's rules and consequences are usually the only things holding them back (if at all).
      Here is a basic litmus test: if you had to survive in an apocalyptic scenario, would you trust the person who - prior to said apocalypse - endulged in "harmless" fantasies that targetted the kind of person you are? If you were a child, would you trust the person who may never have touched a child but indulged in (c)orn comics/art about fictional young children? If you were an attractive women in said scenario, would you trust the guy who used to enjoy watching (gr)ape (c)orn videos? Or, no matter who you are, would you trust _anyone_ who, god forbid, had previously liked to watch (c)orn media centered around death/torture/body horror?
      *_No,_* you would not trust them, for good reason. Because even you subconciously understand that, in an environment where consequences for actions are removed, these people are evil - they merely hide their nature due to fear of the law.

    • @davidladley8980
      @davidladley8980 Month ago

      She wants to tame him just for at home and in private, not globally. “I want a man who’s a nice guy to me and his family, and a jerk to everybody else,” is the basic idea. Of course, this fantasy suffers from the same problem as the man who dreams of finding a woman who’s up for sex whenever he wants it at home, but acts borderline asexual when out in public. In both cases, real live human beings, and their feelings and inclinations, can’t just be turned on and off like machines at their partners’ convenience. And when I encounter anyone who thinks otherwise, I question whether they see their partner as a full and complex person, versus just an accessory and an extension of themselves.

But even if it’s just a paper marriage with love letter and putting money on his commissary fund… the wife can actually claim large levels of government benefits from having a spouse who is unable to work. If they do their paperwork correctly, they can potentially claim up to $4000 a month in total value of benefits.

    I read about serial killers quite a lot and they all are mostly the same - psychopaths and narcissists with no empathy. Most of them tortured animals, noone has respect to other people, all liars. The lowest scum and literaly the worst partners for relationship. How they are misunderstood I don't even know. The only thing about them that maybe can at least a little justify them - many had horrible childhood. But you can't fix their childhood.

They are compiled by people about societies and cultures they don't understand, as result, they often miss variables or behaviors that skew data. They are a handy, beginner starter point, but not an infallible measure of society. Especially when you have interest groups pushing for outcomes that they want, and withholding information that is inconvenient.

    • @ElmoOnice

      @scribbler60 women do commit crimes just way less often and the data backs it. when crimes are commited, almost always there is a specific victim. (most of the time.)
      that victim makes it more likely to make the criminal get his sentence, because people sue, the damage is palpable and so on. therefore, if the victims to women's crimes are the same amount in relation to men's, why do jails consist of 95% men? what are the crimes you saw in that institution? even if there are serious ones, that's just avoiding the big picture.

    It's narcissism and lack of social awareness. She chases feeling special and the illusion of being chosen over her own safety. She prioritizes the honeymoon phase of obsession over any long term relationship, because she is incapable or unwilling to put in the work required to maintain one. She is cold and emotionally unavailable to those around her, because she isn't interested in relationships outside of transactional reasons. If they won't prop themselves up for her main character moment, she isn't interested. In reality, she is likely an out of touch loser who has struck out with multiple people due to her lack of self awareness. Everyone else is always the problem, and what underscores her relationships in life will be the sense of a power struggle and a desire to win at any cost. She will go for men she feels like she has power over, because this is what she mistakes for safety.

      @drblais5193If the monster chooses you, it's a sign of being special and having your ego stroked. So naturally people with narcissistic tendencies will want someone who can provide this for them. But there's a natural power imbalance that comes with being in a relationship with a man that will never be free. It's a misalignment of how they view themselves versus how the outside world views them. They choose someone who can provide the fantasy of their belief system, instead of changing their belief system to match reality.

    I mean imo this is the same as everything concerning women nowadays. You get a minority of women on the extreme side who try to explain their issues off as “just being a girl”, and then from that lame excuse men take them at their word and begin to judge and criticize women as a whole for supposedly accepting and encouraging this extreme stuff. What I can’t seem to figure out is why normal women then go on to defend the women that misrepresent what it means to be a woman, really wish someone cracked that one already.

    • @Vincent_Clarke
      @Vincent_Clarke 2 months ago

      us men don't take women at their word. We observe patterns. The overgeneralisation comes from the many average men who struggle to find a fulfilling, normal relationship but then observe that women prefer fantasies that fly straight in the face of what men are told women supposedly want ("a good man who respects me").
      Personally observing women willingly being with awful men made me resentful of the fact I was not even remotely considered, despite (or maybe because, I thought) being a regular, respectful guy who would do no harm and instead try to bring genuine value.
      Since my wife fell in love with me I stopped feeling resentful, I think I found someone who finally appreciates how better than most I am and doesn't just claim to want a good guy - she chased me.
      TL;DR if men actually observed coherence and consistency, there would not be any unfair overgeneralisation

    *The guy is handsome, that is the primary reason.* How many short, ugly serial killers get hundreds of love letters? Luigi Mangione and Charlie Kirk's killer are both alive and did political assassinations and only Luigi is being thirsted over because he is _above average-looking._

      The underclass play by very different rules than the law abiding, taxpaying, pro-social among us.
      Being dangerous and crazy rewards you with status amongst the criminal underclass, and their families. They’re literally raised to believe violence is the only way they can meet their basic needs.
      This spans all racial groups too. It’s basically tribal ie. You killed someone so you’re a real man. There are some backward individuals among us who feel that way. Some of them even join the armed forces (or the military as they say in America) in the hopes that they can kill someone and get social status for it.
      Western culture is filled with pro-violent entertainment that nurtures this sort of fantasy. Relax though, I’m not complaining and saying it’s the sole cause of violent acts, but it definitely desensitises people.

      Not really. You could be handsome, but if you dont have a killer instinct, most women will find you boring. So if you want to increase your odds, you need to be both a killer and handsome

      It did help that Mangione killed a hated company's CEO, and Kirk's killer shot a milquetoast debater.

    12:11 - This might partially explain the proclivity of women to side with offenders vs victims and vote for the soft-on-crime side of the political spectrum. Something that we often see in the first world.

      Try to tell that BS to a Salvadoran woman, you're generalizing so much, it's disturbing and unrealistic. Not every woman follows this stereotype.

      @The_Accolade_1901 Jesus fucking Christ. We're talking about American women. There's always people like you trying to "not all" shit all the time. Of course we know it's not all women. WE KNOW.
      But women overwhelmingly vote left. In America. And the left is soft on crime

      We're talking about monsters monsters not people who look like one only.
      Might as well have him watch Monster Musume then.
      We are talking "I turned my daughter into a dog using alchemy, and I mog like Jinwoo, have muscles from the guys in Jujutsu Kaisen and the charisma from Obey Me" type of monsters and they still dig it like honey on premium American toast baked by your Half German grandpopop.
      Men would absolutely not pick a serial offender woman/female/girl with no sense of morality unless they're... simps to the highest order. I guess it applies to all of us in some way.
