I had that same theory about Rio being Morgan La Fey. I posted somewhere saying that Aubrey Plaza's character was Morgan but I was immediately shot down with them saying "Um actually she's a character called Rio". I just accepted it and moved on with my day. If it turns out I'm right, I wish I could find that person and say "I told you so"

My theory is that the boy is Wiccan, somehow, and that he is leading everyone to the road to resurrect his mother.

Or Brother... My operating theory is that he used his abilities (awakened on Halloween) to somehow avoid the collapse of the Hex. Theoretically he had similar abilities to his mother, and even though he was created BY the Hex he personally *could* have had the ability to protect himself. Now he needs more power to reunite with/resurrect his brother.
That, or Mephisto (Or at the very least, the forces he commands) created him wholesale and sent him to do his bidding.

i think Marvel has BIG PLANS for Aubrey Plaza, and I believe she is reprising her role as The Shadow King in Agatha, and she will be showing up in other MCU movies/tv shows...

Crazy as I was reading your comment my brain was already spinning up the connection to the Fx show Legion , such a great show , and her character Lenny was amazing and even better once she'd hooked up with the shadow king .

Re:Nightmare, it also depends on exactly how much trauma the people that are around Nightmare have. Case in point when he appeared in Avengers The Initiative Nightmare was really chomping at the bit to deal with Diamondback and Constrictor (long story short: Nightmare could have built a whole theme park around the trauma of those two characters alone if Robbie Baldwin (when he was Penance) hadn’t intervened. (There should have been a moment where Diamondback (who would not be aware of Nightmare) encounters Robbie, Robbie would tell her who exactly Nightmare was, and Diamondback would probably say “Well if you hadn’t intervened, I would be sharing a padded room with you” however you only get so many pages in a comic to work with, and Diamondback finding out who Nightmare was, and having to eat a bit of her words about The Thunderbolts as a team would take up an entire issue, although Robbie Baldwin (when he was Penance ) and a character like Rachel Leighton (Diamondback) having that conversation in a diner during them having breakfast together would have been fun (think the diner scene in Pulp Fiction) ) but since Nightmare is an entity that feeds on nightmares and trauma, it depends how much trauma the people around Nightmare have

They refer to her as "black heart" twice.

The exact reason so many Disney projects bomb lately. Put story before agenda, and people will be more apt to listen. Seems pretty common sense to me, but the activist community at Disney/Hollywood in general don't seem to have that basic concept in their brains

Anyway the BlackHeart Aubrey Plazas character is Mephistos child in the comics. Depicted as a guy in the Ghost Rider movie. So once they figure the Witches Road, likely they will fight Mephisto because his child is not supposed to be in this realm.

My decoherence sense is tingling.
We know Dormmammu is from another dimension. 1) What is the relationship between dimensions, parallel universes, multiversal universes, the "godly realms" (Asgard), so on and so forth.
We know parallel universes hold, essentially, the same "beings", but different "moral" versions of them. We know different dimensions have rulers but no cosmic entities? Dormammu rules the Dark Dimension but he doesn't "control" every single thing that happens does he? In fact no cosmic being or dimensional ruler or (g)od/ elder (g)od has ABSOLUTE control of Everything, including who comes in and out of their demesne. They all hold power, but their powers are incomplete or insufficient in some way. Granted they have more power than you, as you have over an ant.
Therefore is there one being or group of beings who does hold this power? Is there an OMNIPOTENT FORCE? No.
What passes for omnipotence in the MCU is limited. Mephisto may reign in a pocket dimension, but Silver Surfer can barge in and tear him a new one. Why?
What is the factor, or the rules of this power game, that determines outcomes? Why can Thanos kick everyone's ass in the Earth universe, but in the Dark Dimension it's Dormammu? Is Thanos the earth universe's Dormammu?What is the secret to power?
I think the answer lies in...rules. There are rules that must be followed, but there are also different sets of rules. Follow the rules to power and you will become powerful, but KNOW, that there are other rules and other powers that cannot be interfered with. There are rules to overcome these other rules but how would you gain access to them?
The beings who know most of the rules are the cosmic entities, dimensional rulers, gods/elder gods. But it seems they don't know too much about the rules outside their power. It seems there are beings: witches, sorcerors, scientists, autistic folk, philosophers, religious folk, musicians, etcetera, who can break the barriers between powers. Now that doesn't mean they're as powerful or more powerful than cosmic entities, but it does give them a "freedom" those cosmic players don't have. Not complete freedom, but freedom nonetheless!
Witches, supposedly, sell their souls to gain power. Did Dr. Strange? Does the President? A plumber? I look forward to Marvel, inadvertently, revealing the rules to the secrets of power in the MCU.

People wanting this project to fail makes me sad. Wandavision was, in my eyes, one of the last good projects they've put out. Agatha was a good character. Wish people weren't so ready to hate EVERYTHING. Then wonder why Hollywood is so confused. Even when they DO try, NOBODY CARES. Nobody watched Werewolf by Night and that was spectacular. Yet people still say they're doing nothing new and fresh. People just don't care anymore.

Better than it coming out at midnight/3AM like they used to do it lol. I actually like that they release it at a "TV" time, now those that can't stay up late at night can see the shows without having to risk spoilers the next day (though idk how many people will care for this particular project lol)
they've had different time frames for all of the disney+ shows loki was 12 am, acolyte was 6pm, and the other shows released at midnight and/or changed so its always been a weird schedule with disney+ its just a matter of how the episodes will drop weekly.

I believe they swapped nightmare’s role with dark strange. That is what you heard.
In the comics Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, was I think experimented on by the High Evolitionary, or something like that, but there is some history there, and th High Evolitionary in the MCU is still alive and he has confirmed that he has been to Earth before, so maybe they can tie things together like Scarlet Witch is a Necus being who has the chaos magic power, and she was experimented on by the High Evolitionary augmenting her powers, and then the mind stone unlocked or boosted her powers, and everything goes on from there. They can do that, or maybe they can pull something like The High Evolitionary being a villain and all he takes Scarlet Witch as a baby or a child and she finds out about her being a nexus being and how dangerous that she is and so he pulls a Reed Richards, like how Reed Richards made mental blocks for his son Franklin Richards to block or reduce his reality warping powers, if the High Evolitionary did something like that to seal away Wanda's powers or make it to where she couldn't access her powers si that she wouldn't be a threat to him and then the mind stone broke those seals and limitations so that her powers can be fully unlocked.
