  • Hari Om!
Looking back at previous verses, Swāmī Aparājitānandajī makes a special observation that God has deliberately created an imperfect world to make detachment easier and attention to Ultimate Truth more natural. Also, if we don't change swiftly, Yamarāja will have the last laugh.
Verse 9: After indicating that only spirituality can answer all questions, Swāmījī, in a very attractively engrossing manner makes these concepts clear:
    • Satsanga - what is it, what happens in it, what is its result and how it takes away all sorrows
    • Two levels of purification and upliftment
    • All-inclusive explanation of nissangattvam as the chosen world and vision
    • Definition and analysis of nirmohattvam
    • Nischalatattvam as personality upliftment to direct experience
    • Jīvan mukti as non-attachment to body well explained by the wave metaphor.
Verse 10: Importance and effect of Satsanga made clear by cause-effect principle.
Verse 11: Essence of Satsanga and Vedāntic thought summarised and a manifold explanation.
Matter that doesn't belong to us, cannot be held versus Consciousness which never leaves or abandons us.
Verse 12: Importance of fleeting time and making use of it is emphasized. Swāmījī expands on system of four āshramas devoted for:
    1. Study of life
    2. Experiencing life
    3. Withdrawal from worldy life and quiet, alert engagement in Sādhanās.
    4. (Discussed in later talks)
Swāmījī describes the comedy of today's tragic picture of how time is lost and gives a precious time-table of how a day can progress from subtle to gross Sādhanās and how retirement can be spent in readiness to invite and face death.
Verse 13: Emphasising more, Swāmījī explains how Satsanga becomes more essential because of worldly worries and responsibilities. He also makes clear that one should never forget the Supreme Controller and His Hidden Hand. In all the three worlds, Satsanga is the boat to cross over worldly delusions.
