    Keep up the walk around videos, they are very educational for us novices!

    As an MT225e owner with 50+hrs, I clicked on this video to see if I could learn a thing or two regarding grease zerk locations, and wow! What you explained in 30 minutes has taken me the last six months of figuring out - even with manual in-hand. Thank you for the practical explanations regarding the 2-pump hydraulic system, 3-point hitch needle valve adjustment, and safety regarding night visibility of slow moving vehicles. And sure enough, I missed 2 grease points.

      Chad, I really appreciate your comment! It does take some time to do these videos, but I definitely see the value in this type of video! LS Tractor has been VERY good to our business and our customers. Some dealers don't take time to show customers what they need to know. This hurts the brand... my brand. I am just trying to do my part to help our customers and a company like LS Tractor that stands behind their products. A good dealer can make all the difference in their territory for any brand. Buy as local as you can from the best dealer you can. This makes for a much more pleasant experience. Thanks again! Chris Murphy

    Thank you. This is very informative. You didn't mean to sell, but you sold me. Pacific Missouri.

    Thanks for the video. Just bought one of these and you showed me a lot of stuff I didn't know it had. I have the HST version but pretty much the same.

    Hi Chris. Is there an extension for the loader control lever?

    • @MurphyBrothersTradingCo
      @MurphyBrothersTradingCo  Год назад

      There is not a factory option, but I can only assume you could make one very easily. However, be VERY careful doing that. The longer the lever, the more motion will be required. I can also see a longer lever bouncing rhythmically making the loader jerk as you cross rough ground. The valve location is somewhat adjustable to different positions.

    Can you do a video on a MT235HE please

    • @MurphyBrothersTradingCo

      I actually made one on the MT240E/HE. It was lost in the shuffle. We are planning to film it again next week. It should be up shortly. The MT230, 235, 240 E series will all be VERY similar. We don't sell the 230 or 235 so I don't have any. Nothing wrong with them. The money just matches the 240 better in my market. Thanks for reaching out!

      Shaun, we finally got the MT240E video re-shot and uploaded to the channel. This should cover most anything you have questions about the 235. Thanks for your suggestion and patience.

    Can you get a mid mount mower on it and how big of one

    • @MurphyBrothersTradingCo
      @MurphyBrothersTradingCo  Год назад

      No mid mount mower available for the MT225E. Take a look at the MT122, MT125, or my favorite, the MT225S! All these can carry mid mount mowers.

    Just got one of these and I'm so disappointed. The transmission sounds like its 80 years old and wore out. It is so loud. Growling and winning. Later found out the teeth on the gears are straight cut gears. This is 2023 not the 40s 😢

      It is also a $18000 unit, not a $25000 rig. We don't have issues out of the gears at all, but it is a little loud. Did you not drive the tractor before your purchase? Fear not. I have noticed they tone down as they wear in.

      @MurphyBrothersTradingCo Sadly the purchase experience wasn't too good. The dealer frowned about taking one for a test drive. Said he doesn't like to put hours on them. He did go over it with us in the parking lot before I loaded it up,but on a flat smooth surface and trying to figure things out I didn't notice any noise. Got home and drove it down the slight grade to the garage that's when the clatter and growling started. I wouldn't call it a "little " noise at all. Then noticed it's a 2021 and it has 3 hours on it already.

      Just to clarify, we were not your dealer. I do hate you had a bad experience with one of the hottest selling tractors in the nation. We rarely have an issue with the 225E units. It remains as our best seller. You would like the MT3 series much better.

      I just bought one. Only noticed gear noise when I forgot to release the parking break.
