I can understand the native guy bowfishing, but those losers in the last couple minutes trying to antagonize a fish into biting 3 ft in front of them is absolutely pathetic. I love fishing and that crap makes me want to see the rivers closed for the spawning run
Horseshit your not poaching....on the reserve no issue, off the reserve fishing for non native fish...it's poaching just admit it and be done with it. Since when have natives ever used a compound bow? Answer never.
This is so wrong. Don't they understand the regulation? Clearly your not allow to snag them on purpose or net them without having a hook in it's mouth smh.
@@tonyobrien7921 so as a first nations person think about how disrepectful to nature this is and completely unsportsman like this isnt even for you sustinance this is pure poaching for sport and bragging rights you have waters on your reservation that had fish until people like you who disgrace native peoples ruined them ... very poor example for our native communities
fill yer boots boyos, eat em all, I'm sure the plant at the mouth with all the radio active signs all over their fences have no affect on the quality of the fish.

@@AlirezaAliabadi Just a question. If the sign say no fishing beyond this point. You have a bow would you continue to shot down fishes even the sign is up? So it's legal to use bow to fish even if there a no fishing sign?
It doesnt need to be closed down we need more mnr funding so they can be present to hand out fines and check people for mistakes it doesnt just happen to salmon tons of bass get poached all year in lots of waters ie gotten into it with alot of people nobody cares anymore.
Looks like he agreed. He seemed to be trying to find less coloured fish, being selective. It's actually a good example of at least some form of restraint.
Don't need too , to support this is sickening . Do you understand it's not just the fish there poaching ? It's the spawning grounds there walking all over killing thousands of fish. Plus these are spawning salmon ? You ever eat a boot salmon ? It's meat is white and the fish is beat to hell . This isn't for survival it's poaching , it's sport and it's discrassful to any one who sees this as fishing . There is nothing to be proud off here .

This is wrong on so many levels. So sad no one said anything to them.
It's a fish sanctuary. Not a place to shoot weapons with dozens of people around
If you don’t mind answering my question, when the period usually starts?
Teaching thr kid the wrong way. Those 2 older guys should be ashamed
Was this recorded in September?
I really doubt if bowfishing is allowed there.

Natives are exempt from many of the laws that the Ghostface must follow
Take this damn video down, these are not ethical anglers native or not.....

The ganny is quite the entertaining, native guy practicing his rights. Once the salmon are in the river for a week, I wouldn't eat
