The only thing that would make me change characters is if another cooler mobility centric character comes out, maybe one that's more aerial than him.

Brawl MK is very funny to me because a lot of what makes him broken is his ability to circumvent the bullshit in brawl better than everybody else. There are definitely actually broken techniques and exploits with the character, but if you put the characters in a game with different movement mechanics, he’s not nearly as oppressive.

The only change that affects orcane’s shield or spotdodge pressure is the uptilt nerf. They didn’t touch nair (frame four btw) or absurd down tilt, instead they focused on his recovery and already-weak ability to get out of disadvantage

The orcane changes are fine, they just have relatively little to do with toning down his shield/advantage state pressure. If anything, weakening his set play/disadvantage incentivizes him to scrap, mash buttons, and pressure your shield more (which I prefer anyway).

My only complaint about the patch was orcane. Like comparing his nerfs to Kragg's with their (sort of) identical projectile, kragg got only 2 frames added to his start up, while orcane got a whole 6 frames of end lag. It's also weird that his side special can't grab ledge (which I'm fine with) but not do the same thing with the other side b's that are easy to wall jump with. I hope they nerf the rest of them like zetterburn's, clairen's, and Kragg's so they can't snap to ledge immediately as well.

Orcane is FINE, y'all gotta relax. He's still got the best tilts in the game and the rest of his kit is still great. You just no longer get to spam bubbles and lock your opponent in PK Fire for the majority of the match.

There were people playing Fleet because she was broken? I played Fleet because I vibed with her kit. I loved the idea of an archer from the start. I'm not dropping her just because nerfs. Fact is, I was doing better with Kragg than with Fleet.
Movement nerf was some dog shit. Touch moves all you want but why punish movement when that's the coolest aspect of plat fighters

Ranno still moves like crazy. Fleet on the other hand feels kinda weird but I still think they are a high tier. Orcane... well that was kinda crazy. But anyone crying over the nerfs needs to read literally the first part of the patch notes and why this patch is 95% nerfs. I am sorry your super broken character got nerfed but did you really not see it coming? Its why I didn't main kragg or fleet and in melee I main peach and rob in ultimate. I main lox and zetter 2 mid tiers that can only get better.
