  • To make Bun Dosa
    Raw Rice - 2 cups (soaked in water 4 hours)
    Fenugreek - 1 tsp
    Flattened Rice - 1 cup
    grated coconut - 1 cup
    Required salt
    cooking oil -1tsp
    Mustard seeds - half tsp
    jeera - half tsp
    urad dal - 1 tsp
    green chilli - 1 no chopped
    medium size onion 1 no chopped
    Ginger - small piece chopped
    curry leaves some
    Asafoetida - one pinch.
    METHOD
    1. Soak Two cups of Raw rice in water for four hours .
    2. Soak one cup of Flattened Rice in water for half an hour.
    3. one cup of grated coconut add in to the Aval ( Flattened Rice).
    4. To a Mixer jar add Raw rice, Flattened Rice, grated coconut, Required salt.
    5. Graind it all in dosa batter consistency ferment over night.
    6 .Heat a small ( tadka pan)pan add one spoon oil pour Dosa batter and close with plate.
    7. make it stove flame in to sim . open the plate turn the dosa closed the plate.
    8. this dosa cook with sim flame than only you get golden brown Bun Dosa.
