Good evening Ki Ju! I hope you had a good day today. You look so cute in your outfit; I love your long-sleeve top (and, uhmm, of course, your cut-off shorts). 🥰
First, teaching: I notice you slowed down on some of the dance points in this tutorial -- a good thing. So 7 and a half minutes; last week 8 minutes, so it takes awhile to do it this way, BUT ... if you are a serious student, that's exactly what you want. Your Count section is so good, it makes me want to get up and dance with you!!! 😍 Good job!
Second, general advice comment: I think you are now a very busy young lady. I imagine you are adjusting to your new upload schedule? I'm seeing more fans in the Comments. You are at a good place in life. Enjoy it, pace yourself, take your time, go easy on yourself, enjoy the * process * of being creative ... 'enjoy the ride.' I know how much you love to dance, and the good feelings it brings to you. Hang on to your passion for dance. Your good fans are here to go with the flow that * you create * for yourself. I admire you for your dedication to dance; the results of your hard work are impressive. I know I speak for your true fans when I say we all love you. 🌷🌹💖💞🌷

Thanks Mike❤️It takes a lot of time to include Korean in the tutorial video. I'm trying different ways to make a good video. But I have to think about whether this method takes too much time. Your cheering comments become a nutrient for me. Thank you for the love of many subscribers to me. I am a happy dance teacher. Thank you so much Mike💎💎🥰🌹🌹

@@LinedanceKiju Yes, bilingual takes time, it takes longer. I like it; I think it is a cool idea. But I can not know if it is good or not. I know that will be up to you; maybe you will get feedback from some students. It is always good, though, that you try new things and stay creative; even for fun and experimenting.

@@LinedanceKiju Ki Ju, please take a few minutes to read and think about this. I read James Comment about burnout. Interestingly, I also wrote a burnout message for you last night but decided not to post it. I'm glad James brought it up. Ki Ju, you are real excited and connected to dance, going through a creative period in your life. Now is the time to prevent burnout; don't wait until it happens. Take control now. This is not being negative. It is being positive, proactive, and healthy. You can research burnout on the Internet. But at this stage you can keep it very simple and prevent it. Burnout is prolonged stress where you finally lose touch with your work, and you lose connection and caring. I have seen this happen dozens of times to people I know -- including professionals, artists, smart, active, dedicated people. I will apologize now for my direct American-style assault to your Korean sensitivities for privacy. However, I really believe that people do not take this seriously enough, until, of course, it is too late. I know many, many people who had to quit their work; change to another type of work. We don't want that happening to Ki Ju! Ki Ju, my sweet friend, see if you can find something in this list that makes sense to you, something that might help you, or "resonate" with you ... Since this is a long post, I'll continue in the next post below ... ➡ ➡ ➡ ⤵

@@LinedanceKiju (Continued from my introduction-post above re burnout. Burnout prevention should be part of every manager's tool kit!)
      Prevention:
🌸 Balance: Include social activities in your life, and talk to people about life and work. Do some things that do not involve your work or dance.
🌸 Every time you achieve something you are proud of or happy with, STOP and admire your work! tell yourself how good it is, how successful you were. It can be a small thing, with people, film, dance, choreography, changing a step-sheet, even housecleaning the studio. It doesn't have to be a big, tremendous thing. Just anything you did that you are pleased about. (Technically, you can call this "building your self-efficacy reference": building up your belief in your own ability to accomplish and control goals and tasks that are meaningful to you.)
🌸 Stay creative. VERY important. Try to continue to find things to do that stimulate your creativity. Big things, like how you changed your Tutorial to bilingual. And small things, like maybe changing a poster or a detail in the studio. Exercise your creativity at work and at home. Don't do things you don't want to do unless it is really necessary. Learn to say NO to people who ask you for too much. Stay creative.
🌸 Take breaks: short breaks and longer breaks. Sometimes just relax and do nothing for 10 minutes or longer ... enjoy a cup of tea or coffee or whatever you like. Take a slow, casual walk, look around at nature and people. Turn off your smart phone/PC/tablet.
🌸 Watch your booze. If you like to have 1 or 2 drinks, that's OK. But if it consistently increases, it could be a sign of oncoming burnout.
🌸 Take good care of yourself, seriously. Good diet (and eat slowly!), good rest, good sleep; deep breathing (like Soo Jin and Hee Sook teach). You get enough exercise dancing, and I know you enjoy it. I know it is difficult, but try to find time, even 10 minutes, to take a slow, easy walk; and don't look down! look around at your surroundings.
🌸 Build your inventory of positive feelings. Compliment others when they do something well (I think you are good at this). Every day, think about all the things you are thankful for, even small things, like enjoying a cup of green tea; or your friends; or the clothes you have (don't worry about the clothes you don't have!).
🌸 Bad feelings. What to do if too often you feel nervous, anxiety, depressed, irritable, short of patience, losing focus, losing interest, can't concentrate ... Try to catch these symptoms early, ASAP. Then look at your game. Re-examine your activities and your goals and plans. Look again at this Prevention List. Get a grip. Get a handle on your negative feelings as soon as you notice them. Talk to friends. Then get creative and change something for the better.

@@LinedanceKiju Ki Ju, I hope you get a chance to look at these two posts on burnout. As usual, if you think they should be deleted, or if you think they are not relevant or appropriate, just let me know -- or delete them. Btw, I am not writing just from theory. I am writing from experiences of many people I've known ... including myself, my personal experiences with burnout.
Ha! Just had this thought: I hope we -- your fans, James and I -- don't burnout trying to keep up with Ki Ju! 🤣 trying to always write good, clever, helpful comments everyday! Maybe you should allow us a "day off" now and then, when I can just watch your videos and enjoy the dancing angels without any Comment. Instead of writing a Comment, maybe I could just take a 10-minute walk ... 🙂🤣
