In India, Hinduism is practiced by the majority of the population and not Buddhism. India has the world's third-largest Muslim population. Buddhism, Sikhism, Christianism, Jainism, and a few more religions are also practiced in the country. As a result of the country's diverse religions, you'll see a wide range of people with different appearances who follow various traditions, rituals, languages, and a variety of other things.

Each state is like a different world diffrent country within. It's like a Europe but stil more diverse. From coldest to hottest places from driest to wettest places from poor to richest places from most ancient to modern places still preserved. Most intricate architecture that people visit for their inspiration across world. But foreign media never shows this. Just portray weakness also which is result of colonisation and invaders by west of this most advanced ancient civilization.

The interest is genuine from you guys so I would like to share few things about India. First no matter how long you prepare or plan nothing can make you ready for India, it's full of surprises a total whacky roller coaster ride with mixed experiences of all kinds depending upon the place and time you find yourself in.
Second once you travel India like for a good amount of 5 to 6 months or at least 3 months you will transform in your outlook towards life. There will never be a person who will return from India as he or she came as. This country literally transform you into a new person and this will becone a turning point of your life.
3rd: once you eat Indian food and delicacies you will get addicted to some foods so beware on that part. It's delicious, it's different and it's addictive.
4rth: India is all about heart & emotions & feelings and people so don't try to use your head too much sometimes things may look so very illogical but once you get the understanding it will all make a perfect sense.
With all this may you guys have an amazing life full of health & happiness and wish you that your dream of visiting India gets answered.
Greetings from an indian you lovely ladies.

Just come here... India is a feeling, an experience you need to have it to actually understand... although you need more than a lifetime to explain India.

Guys start with the main tourist attractions - Delhi/Agra ( Taj Mahal), Rajasthan ( Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur), Mumbai, Chennai & Madurai - so you get a taste of both North and South. You cannot see India in 1 go. You will have to take it in bit by bit and the more you explore, the more you will appreciate what a great civilization India is and how many diverse people ( 1.3 billion) live in 1 country. We have Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Jews, Zorastrians ( Iranian heritage) and other tribal people in almsot every part of the country and everyone lives side by side in peace and harmony! you have to visit atleast 2-3 times to grasp the way in which 5000 yrs of history is reflected in the nation. Swagatham ( this means in Sanskrit - WELCOME)

2:54 they are from several places in India! All the ancient and the modern structures don't belong to the same place but they are a few of those many modern buildings shown in this video, belonging to different places.
