      @@JSomerled I can guarantee that's the case. We had a similar anonymous survey at my previous job, and some people were (rightfully) scathing. Within a matter of weeks they were brought into the manager's office to explain themselves.

      I caught that too. These types of surveys are supposed to be anonymous. In fact, most of them state that upfront. We all know that’s not true as it is fairly easy to drill down.

      I'm a federal employee that takes the same survey, for a different department. My name is nowhere included, but my position coupled location is enough to single me out, much less adding age range, gender and race, which is required on the survey.

      Exactly. Usually the people in positions of authority with low scores claim they need to know more about why their scores are so low when it is completely obvious from the survey itself and that it is not the sources of the survey that need to addressed but he targets of the survey that need to be addressed.

    Why don't they do this for the Postal Service? I've never seen one question about why the moral is so low and they can't even get employee's to take the surveys let alone keep new hires more than a week or two.

      We are pressured to take the management surveys. In the past no matter what the answer they use it against us during contract negotiations. We are advised by our local unions to not fill out the surveys

    Thank you for getting this kind of thing out. We are starting to see and hear from government employees in all areas about their discomfort with they way the administration is being run. Whistle blowers, surveys, resignations, inability to recruit... I especially liked the discomfort of Mrs Klobushar who had she done her job as MN AG George Floyd would be alive because the police officer with 17 complaints against him would have been removed. Let's hope and pray for everyone especially the Biden administration to see the light and do the right things for everyone not just themselves. My opinion

    This is what happens when you appoint a 32yo to lead an organization that has 1,123 employees. Let’s say she finished her masters at 24yo, that means she’s only had 7 years to gain leadership experience. That’s hardly enough for such an important role. She’s unqualified.

      Voting blindly based on parties is far more negligent than hiring this woman based on immutable traits. Indeed if everyone stopped voting along party lines and instead voted for candidates based solely on their competence and personal platform, there wouldn't be tick boxes forcing organisations to hire based on such immutable characteristics at all.
      If you're looking to blame someone for the state of the country, look no further than voters whom describe themselves by the party they blindly vote for each election regardless of what party that might be.
      "Democrat voters" and "Republican voters" (better described as fanboys) are entirely to blame for all of the corruption, division and problems in the country with a political solution. Democracy only exists in swing voters, everyone else is a problem.

      @@KM-jp2wx A two party preferred system has it's drawbacks, but it doesn't specify which two parties have to hold majority. There are more parties and more candidates in each election beyond simply Republican and Democrat. Sometimes the best candidate will be from one of the current majority parties, but it won't always be. Sometimes they might not even belong to a party at all
      If the majority of voters, vote for the best individual candidate based on competency, not their party then you create a genuine situation where whom the majority parties are could change, and even if it doesn't such a situation would be heard loud and clear in Washington.
      That is the ONLY path to change. There is no other.
