    I'm really interested in Dunwich.
    It was a very large port in the past, probably from Roman times on, connected to the old Rhine (Netherlands)

    That was fascinating. I can’t quite understand how the buildings are suddenly underwater though. It doesn’t seem as if they have fallen into the sea.

      The medieval town was mostly built on sandy cliffs that have gradually been eroded by the sea. Almost the whole town has washed away, falling down the cliffs, and only the stones of the churches can be found on the seabed. Come and visit Dunwich Museum to learn the whole story.
