Video around 50:00 I kind of feel like the reason people don’t rise up against unicorns for a magical imbalance, is because magic is extremely difficult. I hen you reall think about it, spells like alchemy, teleportation, certain spell castings, etc. can only be performed by super powerful and experienced unicorns, and you really don’t see many unicorns aside from starlight, twilight, shining armor, sunset, etc using powerful magical spells like that. Hell, Trixie is a pretty decently powerful unicorn, and she couldn’t even teleport or perform any actual spells. Obviously there’s overpowered unicorns like starswirl, but think about how straining and difficult it is to perform certain spells. Not even starlight or twilight can just casually perform ultra powerful spells like that frequently. Unicorns do have more magic than others, hworver their magic is extremely limited to their ambitions.
I think that is more about how they act and are treated, like Spike is like a dog so he became a dog, and ponies and sirens are like people so they became people.
actually if the toys count as canon, (which they must right? considering the toys are thought of first and the show is made to sell the toys) then i think its safe to assume changlings also become humans when they go through the portal, since there is a Queen Chrysalis equestria girl doll.
Why did Celestia build the Canterlot castle? she could just have rebuilt the castle of the two sisters in the Everfree Forest. after all twilight did say in the castle mania episode that "This castle has been a thousand years old and half of it was destroyed by Nightmare Moon." So Celestia could have just re-built the half broken castle. But why didn't she do that? Maybe, at that time the Everfree Forest had gone too creepy and scary that really rare ponies wanted to come there. And that's where Celestia's castle was built. So Celestia decided to leave the old half-broken castle and decided to build a new castle somewhere else that is non-creepy, safe and easy to locate place that Canterlot and thus, the most well-known, popular (besides Manhatten) and sophisticated state/city in Equestria.

So with the why some species become human while others don't, I have a lil theory to back this up: The more magical and lack-there're-of the species' culture when it comes to to human resemblances, the more likely that they'll be non-human. Think about it, ponies although magical yes they obviously resembles human in many ways, same with Yaks being inspired by Vikings (probably I'm an idiot at historical topics-). Dragons on the other hand, they're just pure magical, lacked any human cultural resemblances and the way they usually act around certainly adds up to it. The diamond dogs are as human as you could get, hence why they're human. The sirens are a bit harder to pin-point but given how it would only make sense for them to appear human in the human world, I'm pretty sure they could get a pass on that one.

he unknowing groomed an abused 15-18 year old child. he tried to help her, but ended making things so much worse for her. basically a really toxic and illegal relationship. he deleted his channel after the situation got public. he also apologized and realized his mistakes, so he most likely will never make the same mistake. how he handled the situation with the girl was messed up, there is no excuse. yet I do think its important to note that he didn't hurt the girl on purpose.
think what you'd like with this information, I personally think that he's realized his ignorance and learned to be a better person. though its completely understandable if you hate this person for what he has done. its not excusable either way. the damage had already been done when he realized how wrong he was.
