    Hi @Kumar, please help me, I did the integration successfully. But when the trigger is resolved in Zabbix, it is not closing the incident automatically on Snow's side. Could you help me, please?

      Hi, hope u have defined what should happen when a trigger is closed in zabbix, what should happen in SNOW. Change that config, so that, alert also closes the ticket in SNOW when trigger is closed.

    How can i populate zabbix hostname in servicenow configeration item ?

      You can use REST APIs to do that. export the details of the Zabbix hosts and it can be imported to SNOW for the needed fields.

    Hi Dilip
    This video session is very helpful. I am trying to assign the ticket to a particular group, eg: assignment_group.
    Suppose, I have a problem alert related to a DB and I want an automatic ticket is assigned to DBA group in service now, How would we achieve that.

      Thank you it helped. That rule can be easily setup in service now. As soon as the description is having dB, assign to dB team. Though u can do this via zabbix too, it's better to handle via SN. Try n let me know.

      @@bruhattamishra6924 while doing the integration, we cam set which group it needs to assign to, do it using dB host than dB in message. Which means, all issues from.db host shall be tagged to dB group in SN
