Aunty I have a request I want you to make one episode on measurements like cups spoons kilos etc. sometimes you say in Urdu like 1 pound hay yeh 2 kilo hay so it’s hard to understand like cups main kitna hay. Amber Ishaque I greatly appreciate your generous comment. , every item has its own density, That is why I always like to measure by the international measuring cup and spoon set, Example 5 cups uncooked Rice is 1 KG. 8 cups Flour is 1 KG, sugar (1 cup = 200g), raisins (1 cup = 140g). For butter stick 1 cup is 225g. And I have also made your ginger/garlic paste and Garam masala and Chaat masala all of them sooooo good
Amber, When I fill liquid from Measuring cup and transfer to Pyrex then liquid stays between 235ml to 250ml, So not to worry about until we start serious baking dishing.👍❤
