Marksmanship , combat / special skill, identification badges, or foreign badges Question 4: what’s significance of forward facing flag on uniform?- represents forward facing into battle Question 5: what does each service stripe represent on the uniform- each stripe on the uniform represents 3 years of honorable service Question 6: in what situations are soldiers not required to wear headgear in uniform ? - when it would interfere with safe operations with motor vehicle , when indoors, or when attending a social event after retreat. The rest are situational questions.

I cannot stress how IMMENSELY helpful your videos have been I was given a week to prepare for my board and have been scrambling. Now the day before I feel more prepared then I gave for anything else.
1st Sergeant I must say thank you for your videos, tips and ideas on how to pass the board. I took everything you said I went into the board and dominated it. My CSM called my sponsor back as we were leaving to tell him that I was exceptional and did a good job. Thank you⭐️
I appeared at the E4 promotion board many years ago maybe 1982. My CSM required most board question from STP 21-1 / Soldiers manual. It was this manual that’s we trained out of every Wednesday in Germany. All question had to nearly perfect from the manual. I strongly believe in that method. Each soldier got the task and additional question 1 month in advance of the actual board. My board lasted 45mins, felt like half a day! I’ve seen boards where there were no specific guidance and soldiers going to the PX to buy Promotion Board Book, which I totally disagree with. The soldier manual has task that all soldiers should master or be proficient with anyway. So in 3rd Ord BN 59th Ord Brigade the soldiers manual was the study guide.
Just completed my SSG promotion board this morning and got my P status, thank you for the content it honestly was my primary source for studying and tips as to what the board members look for, so thankful 1SG.
I just want to say a big THANK YOU to you 1SG for your help and your mock board tips. I just went to promotion board today and it went well... I have learnt alot from you and I wanted to say thank you for everything...This, We'll defend!

Give it your all - I've had dudes from my company I wasn't stoked about, but their PSG said "give him a shot" and I did. Sometimes I was right - sometimes they were, but I kept an open mind to be wrong. Nail the first 2 minutes. Make it count!
@@BillStoker I did not have it 😂😅😞 very first board and the nerves got to me. Took 5 retries just to get through the 1st paragraph of the creed. Made it only 3 lines into each of the second and third paragraph. 🤦♂️🤦♂️ trying again next month or the following. Oof
