Ha you think in Pakistan that happens. We still follow old cultures but you should also listen to your husband too. After a girl gets married in Pakistan, there is really nothing else the girl has to think about except her husband and children which is a good thing because women in the western region think too much about themselves. That’s why men get abused more.
@@bronze_cookie8333 that's not always true many mothers in their west put their family first even when the are not treated well in the marriage. And woman still suffer a lot from abuse both on the West and the East. The less women get treated well the more likely they push for individualism
Alhumdulillah for everything! We always complain about little things but after watching this i realized we've got everything and we should really thank God for that. ❤️
Yeah thank to Allah ! But we are not thankful to Him actually! As we acted mostly inhumanly to the teachings we have told. We are not religion lovers and a less human class which is materialised in all of its social moral and ethnic character

That thing she said, that every girl should be educated so that their lives are not dependent on their husband, father or brother, this is the thing people need to understand to give a better lives to their daughters. But sadly in our society girls are seen as a subject that are to be used by their future husbands and to be treated as they please. Wake up people stop thinking like that, open your minds And above all STOP DOING IT IN THE NAME OF ISLAM
Exactly! This is one of the biggest issues in Pakistan. They stop woman from doing anything in the name of ISLAM! Its not islam thats stopping them its their bloody mindset!
Muslim women in Islamic History played an active role in their societies-some engaged in trade even. If both men and women work hard enough it is a win win for the family. Islam also promotes knowledge of both men and women alike. Somehow culture is promoting the opposite?!
@KB GoLdEnStAr so you see world from the eyes of media? thats bcz media only shows bad stories as good stories dont give rating....its not men holding women back from education and jobs, its the crrupt sysyem. This goes for both men and women.its not a mam women things.. its about crrupt sysyem and poverty. In Pakistan higher education is not affordable for majority, and even if women or men are educated they cant get a good job most of the time, bcz thier are almost no jobs for most of the poeple. So this strong family system where husband is tasked to feed the family is a thing which is holding us. Atleast men can do odd jobs and labour jobs which not all women can do......stop believing media blindly.
This is first time I have seen someone who really cares those who serve them. It's really generous of you to take care of those who really deserve our attention. May Allah bless u ❤️🌹

Thank you for this video, it isn't often that we talk about our privilege and it can be so humbling to see the lived realties of those less privileged than us. I was wondering if there was a way to financially support Shanaz, for example could we contribute towards helping her pay that last bit of money for her plot? Would love to help :)
I didn’t like how you said having maid is having furniture, so you don’t own her remember that she is working for you Pakistani have beautiful home and beautiful life maybe some have little less than others
She did not mean it in a derogatory way, she just meant that having a maid is very common in Pakistan. And it is true that they are often overlooked and looked down upon.
I really love my maids and I always treat them like my mothers even better than my mother...I really respect these people indeed they are better than us hardworking and caring!😊

hey i'm from Canada 🇨🇦. I just love how down to earth you are with the less fortunate and treat them equally. Often times, when I go visit Pakistan I usually see people mistreating and beating the little children who are the help at their households, and it's so saddening for me to watch :(( ** On a lighter note, congratulations on 20k. I subscribed at 5k and im so happy with how far you've gotten. 💓💓
I saw your very first video on this channel and knew that Pakistan's gonna hella mature you and change your perspective, happy to see the transition, the evolving and learning mindset. This reminded me some things too, Great Video, looking forward to how this further adds to your perspective.
What an amazing and thoughtful perspective you have, no one would go from Defence to a slum to connect with the people like that, we don't get taught empathy like that as middle/upper middle class people in Pakistan. Power to you
This is where the problems are!! Clearly, those who are sitting in the Government have not done their jobs since the independence. They never focused on the core issues and left these people to suffer in agony. Even if you try to do good things, there are many hands who are going to stop you, there are many tongues who are going to discourage you. Government of Pakistan and provincial governments have to stand up for all these issues in common man's life. It is like our national air line - PIA where we got thousands of employees per plane and worst performing air line perhaps in the world ranking. Instead of wasting government's resources on wasteful things, they need to really help these poor people and create an infrastructure which can help boost these people to get some small scale businesses and income generation so that they can come out of this poverty.
This is one of the best works I've seen so far You're so young yet your work is so mature How are we of service to this world? How can we distribute ease to people's lives by going out of our way? That's what truly matters Thank you, thank you for bringing out these stories and educating us about the problems of the underprivileged so that we can be a helping hand for them and be more thankful towards Allah Hats off girl. Awesome work!

I cannot believe this is so true. But would like to add one thing " having maid is not like furniture. I think only less than 5% people have maids in Pakistan. For example about 70% population lives in villages where there is no concept of maids. You are doing an excellent job please keep it up.
ahmad ali exactly!! That’s why I was angry ... you cannot call a maid or compare a maid or a person to a furniture! She is just trying to gain popularity!
Very humbling......... two very humble people ....the maid said when she was troubled she got up and prayed to god !!! Beautiful and Thankyou for sharing 🙏
@@rajput__1395 such people are not very educated and they don't understand the importance of education. ( i am not talking about the people who want to educate themselves but the ones who dont let them such as their parents and relatives) :)
Well the problem is that the poor make too many babies when they can't even afford to feed themselves. When the financial burden increases these kid are put to work. No education means unskilled labour jobs for the rest of the life. When the kids grow up they do the same thing their parents did-make lots of babies. The cycle continues with each generation poorer than the one before it.

Hey I'm from the UK and I love how appreciative you are and how you look past beyond the eyes and see a story. I think we all should help people as much as we can and even though you might not show you helping out, as a listening ear as a person who's willing to be a support system, it's more than enough for them. Thank you for creating awareness and showing what some people avoid showing because they're "famous". May Allah reward you abundantly Ameen x
the message that you're getting across is amazing, keep doing the perfect job🥺 ❤️
This was so much inspiring Alina because i did visit my maid's house and i exactly know how you felt it and the way you put it out there is just amazing! ❤️🇵🇰🇸🇦 Keep it up!
You live in the saudi right?
Shanaz is a baddie 💅 She really out here living happily even in these conditions. She’s really is goals.
wow!! I cried watching this. she is so humble and content. you can see the pain she has gone through and the struggles she's faces. I myself having been going through a tough time recently and she has given me courage. May Allah make It easy for her and her family. amen
'every girl after marriage should think for themselves as well and not just do what they are told' ♥️ just gonna leave it here.
Agreed and u r absolutely right
I myself am a very big supporter of human rights specially women rights !!
And when I see great people like Alina doin these kind of great deeds i just melt and can't stop lovin it
@@mbassaam nice I see you're a big fan of her!
@t-dot they said 'As well' we all- or most of us have a gut instinct, you shouldn't always blindly follow what you are told to do. That's the point
Alhumdulillah for everything! We always complain about little things but after watching this i realized we've got everything and we should really thank God for that. ❤️
This is the kind of content we need, which respects everyone's morals and awares the youth of the harsh reality, glad i came across her channel.

This was so so upsetting to watch:( we are so so lucky allhumdallah need to be more grateful of what Allah gives us :( ☹ 🙏 ❤
Yeah thank to Allah ! But we are not thankful to Him actually! As we acted mostly inhumanly to the teachings we have told. We are not religion lovers and a less human class which is materialised in all of its social moral and ethnic character
Right
so nice words
Is sad to see, what we Pakistani consider them vs what they are, It has given us Pakistani and eye opening experience, that they are not just maids, they are one of us, Hope we all can help her pay that 40,000 RS for house

She doesn’t speak urdu so well. That might be uncomfortable for her

That thing she said, that every girl should be educated so that their lives are not dependent on their husband, father or brother, this is the thing people need to understand to give a better lives to their daughters. But sadly in our society girls are seen as a subject that are to be used by their future husbands and to be treated as they please. Wake up people stop thinking like that, open your minds
And above all STOP DOING IT IN THE NAME OF ISLAM
Wish this was highlighted more, seems people in comments never mention this
Exactly! This is one of the biggest issues in Pakistan. They stop woman from doing anything in the name of ISLAM! Its not islam thats stopping them its their bloody mindset!
@@musfirahsalman7554 Exactly i feel the same
Muslim women in Islamic History played an active role in their societies-some engaged in trade even.
May Allah bless u ❤️🌹
this girl has a golden heart otherwise no one bothers to care for others nowadays. I have shifted to Karachi at wake of Corona and living in very posh Lala Zar where I see maltreatment of maids in big houses.
Update *** Alina raised 7,919$ for Zainy and shanaz they should have a better life.now inshallah
Literally she has been the most recommended on RUclips for everyone
" The girl dig the heart of poor woman, thousands stories came out ,popping up again again out of her heart"

Thanks for showing us this. It hits me hard really of how privileged our lives are. We don't even realize that sometime.
I've been a recent follower on your channel and I really love how you talk about things normally we would miss our consider normal. This is really emotional and reality for a lot of pakistanis. Soo much has to change!!
Amazing awareness, thank you for sharing.
This is such a refreshing point of view, I’m so glad you showcased both ends of the spectrum so nicely 💕
hearing there dreams... made me cry. Ya Allah give this family and all families in Pakistan who are living like this peace and happiness !!! they deserve it. the amount of Sabr they have is just unbelievable!🥺❤️
Just discovered your channel through this video. Thank you so much for bringing this to light and humanising people who don't get a voice in our society❤

Naadiya Awale she wasn’t saying that maids are like having furniture she was pointing out how maids are often overlooked...
She did not mean it in a derogatory way, she just meant that having a maid is very common in Pakistan. And it is true that they are often overlooked and looked down upon.
Omg ! I agree with you..I hate to hear that furniture thing lol ..she’s is a human
I really love my maids and I always treat them like my mothers even better than my mother...I really respect these people indeed they are better than us hardworking and caring!😊
loved everything about the video, especially the last bit. Motivates everyone to appreciate what they have in their surroundings, stay safe and stay blessed!

This just made me cry. This is a like a proper documentary!! So well scripted and the videography too brilliant!
This video did not end with Louis Armstrong’s “what a wonderful world” ... Because well... 🥺💔

Goodness please increase her salary. There is a lot of talk but you can actually change her life - by less talk, more action. She has a job - pay her well. Do the right thing. 👍
When i came to pakistan I didn't know about the poor how they lived and how they spent their lives so i also went and saw how they lived and it made me cry my own maid is living a hard life and she has dreams too and i pray and u guys also pray for Alina's maid and every maid in this world have their dreams come true and from my eyes they aren't maids they are the people who helps us when we need to help them
The love and kindness I receive from poor people in Pakistan can only be felt but hard to describe
This is really emotional. May Allah bless her with all the happiness that she deserve. Brave lady!
That is not her fault that she is poor this hurt me alot actually we can't fight with our fate💔
Behind every person there is a huge story
hey i'm from Canada 🇨🇦. I just love how down to earth you are with the less fortunate and treat them equally. Often times, when I go visit Pakistan I usually see people mistreating and beating the little children who are the help at their households, and it's so saddening for me to watch :((
** On a lighter note, congratulations on 20k.
Power to you
"Shade more light on the things that make us humans. " thank you
This is where the problems are!!
This is one of the best works I've seen so far
You're so young yet your work is so mature
How are we of service to this world? How can we distribute ease to people's lives by going out of our way? That's what truly matters
Thank you, thank you for bringing out these stories and educating us about the problems of the underprivileged so that we can be a helping hand for them and be more thankful towards Allah
Hats off girl. Awesome work!
Alina As i am 16 yrs Old I think ur doing a pretty good thing to educate ppl and i as an american-turkish-pakistani will help u to support these ppl in anyway, not only ppl who r poor but ppl who r not financially stable or having shit time to even get paid to feed their children, i feel like crying for them and help them and ur fundraising thing and u taking a stand for these ppl. inshallah!! we will all be one and help Pakistan and there ppl to be the pakistan it was in the 1940s and 1950s, IM just 16 yrs old but u should take small baby steps to learn how to take huge steps in the future may allah help u with this awarness and congrats on 36k. allah seni kutsasın!!!

Wow, thank you for sharing her story, there's many like hers out there, but if we're able to support now where we can then their children will be able to stand a real chance at life in the future. All the best!
I went to my maid's house several times to help, i also went to her daughter's weeding, her daughter basically raised me because my family is too rich and busy to take care of me and now in her weeding i cried like crazy because i wont see her anymore ive lost the most loved person in my life, his husband is not even a good person his abusive

I am Pakistani and never think to visit my maid house . Hats off to you😘😘
Thanks for Visiting PAKISTAN
I cannot believe this is so true.
But would like to add one thing " having maid is not like furniture. I think only less than 5% people have maids in Pakistan.
For example about 70% population lives in villages where there is no concept of maids.
You are doing an excellent job please keep it up.
Kamai tu hotai Hain bhut soun Kai ..
Every middle class household has a maid. Its very very common
ahmad ali exactly!! That’s why I was angry ... you cannot call a maid or compare a maid or a person to a furniture! She is just trying to gain popularity!
God bless alina hayat we need more people like her
i cannot believe that someone would go to the extremes of betraying their own family it makes me sick
Welcome to Pakistan

I appreciate all the maids out there who take care of house as well as do their jobs they also can feel tired but they have to work...
You're somehow similar to Yumna(Zaid Ali's Wife)

@@rajput__1395 such people are not very educated and they don't understand the importance of education. ( i am not talking about the people who want to educate themselves but the ones who dont let them such as their parents and relatives) :)
Ahmed Rajput govt school jayen but there’s no food on plate, so they see it as an opportunity cost
@@dunnokhan6606 It's a cycle you see. Sometimes they have a lot of children breached they are poor and sometimes it is the other way round. More the children more the earning hands.
I’ve donated! I hope every penny goes towards Shanaz and her family, they deserve it. Please keep us updated with their journey- thank you!
