I salute this aunty who's working hard to earn rather then begging on the streets.
One thing more In Pakistan many people don't treat them like a human being but I must say that one should fit his feet in her shoes and watch life from her perspective that she's a human being too, she also has feelings and wants to live a luxurious life like us.
If u can't given them anything extra at least give them respect. Sometimes sit with them talk to them the way u guys give time to your family.
Treat them like a family member rather then treating them like a maid.
If u are eating meal on table ask them to join too or atleast give them the same respect rather then to tell them to eat on ground.
We shouldn't feel proud on what we have instead we should be thankful to God that God gave us enough that we can share.
All Humans are equal infront of God.

I would always look at the people outsymy window from car and wondered what did these kids to wrong to deserve this. Why on earth are they treated like that? Is it their color? Is it their parents fault??? No it's us, we are the ones responsible for keeping them trapped in the cycle of poverty.

That thing she said, that every girl should be educated so that their lives are not dependent on their husband, father or brother, this is the thing people need to understand to give a better lives to their daughters. But sadly in our society girls are seen as a subject that are to be used by their future husbands and to be treated as they please. Wake up people stop thinking like that, open your minds

Muslim women in Islamic History played an active role in their societies-some engaged in trade even. If both men and women work hard enough it is a win win for the family. Islam also promotes knowledge of both men and women alike. Somehow culture is promoting the opposite?!

@KB GoLdEnStAr so you see world from the eyes of media? thats bcz media only shows bad stories as good stories dont give rating....its not men holding women back from education and jobs, its the crrupt sysyem. This goes for both men and women.its not a mam women things.. its about crrupt sysyem and poverty. In Pakistan higher education is not affordable for majority, and even if women or men are educated they cant get a good job most of the time, bcz thier are almost no jobs for most of the poeple. So this strong family system where husband is tasked to feed the family is a thing which is holding us. Atleast men can do odd jobs and labour jobs which not all women can do......stop believing media blindly.

This is where the problems are!!
Clearly, those who are sitting in the Government have not done their jobs since the independence. They never focused on the core issues and left these people to suffer in agony. Even if you try to do good things, there are many hands who are going to stop you, there are many tongues who are going to discourage you.
Government of Pakistan and provincial governments have to stand up for all these issues in common man's life. It is like our national air line - PIA where we got thousands of employees per plane and worst performing air line perhaps in the world ranking. Instead of wasting government's resources on wasteful things, they need to really help these poor people and create an infrastructure which can help boost these people to get some small scale businesses and income generation so that they can come out of this poverty.
