    Someone mentioned online that it’s recommended to rewatch spiderverse as it’s been pointed out that there are different release versions of the movies with different scenes, you won’t notice it unless you watch the different versions!

    Thanks for a thorough review. There seem to be two camps: Those who use display screens and those who use pen tablets. Some say a display tablet can cause crouching and related physical problems, but you seem very. comfortable.
    I just ordered an 11 x 7 inch MW pen tablet for use with a Windows laptop with 12.25 x 7.75 inch screen with touch but not pen support. (I currently use the touchpad or mouse, which is barely adequate.) I hope to also use it with a 11" Samsung Tab S9+ ( Android) and top-down camera as a "invisible hand" illustrator for RUclips. I don't have your artistic talent. I do simple graphic business illustrations using apps like Canva. But, I appreciate aetistic talent. Thanks again.😊

      Thank you so much for the tip and kind words! I really appreciate it 😭
      And yes! I have a stand that makes the tablet eye level so it’s more ergonomic. I wish you luck with your tablets; what a smart workaround 😂
      It’s all just practice so I’m sure your work is great and will continue to grow 🥰

    My goodness, there's so much life and action in this piece 🔥You seem to get only better and better at making art... yours? I mean, I can't even tell for how long I've followed your artistic journey (sometimes more sometimes less actively) and it just looks as though at this point you simply blossomed, even though the journey is not over, and supposedly never is if being an artist means constant growth 💕

    Nips, help- how do you practice interesting (dynamic/dramatic/fun) poses and expressions?
    Should we just focus on quantity and wait for quality to show up?
    I feel like when I draw, I either have boring pose or boring expression.
    How to take steps in a more fun direction? Where to even find expression references that have interesting angles?
    Thanks for the tablet review and great art! 🙇

    • @ARTBYNIPS
      @ARTBYNIPS 11 месяцев назад +5

      Hello....Octoboobs 😂
      HMMM I would say grasping the fundamentals of anatomy/shapes/volume are essential first and then pushing that (dynamism) comes second. Having a strong foundation makes it easier/better to know HOW to push things and what it exactly TO push while making it look good/interesting/not "boring". I have a tutorial on dynamic expressions but not on general dynamism if you want to check it out 😊
      Good luck and just have fun with it! That's the most important part 🥰

      I have a couple tips that may help. Don't forget the body exists in a 3D space. You can twist things. Having the body go just one direction can contribute to a feeling of stiffness- study pictures to get a sense of the way the body twists naturally and then replicate it in your art to varying degrees of exaggeration.
      Also, when drawing the face, it is super important to keep facial anatomy and proportions in mind, but once you get the loomis method down or whatever you're using, you want to break away from that. Having the same facial proportions every time, though the proportions may be anatomically correct, also contributes to the feeling of stiffness. You want to get anatomy down so you don't have to rely on methods like the loomis method to get things to look correct.
