The people who turned around to go the wrong way down the highway must have crapped their pants...either them, or the people going the right way, or possibly both...not sure which. Not sure which was the bigger risk, turning around, or continuing to go the right way.

Sorry to disappoint you but there are tornadoes in CA as well but just rare.
