*_Rooster... thank you for the video review of the Thomas's including Mum this time..._* Singing talent runs deep in the Thomas's DNA... Mum sings, Grandma sings, Martha sings, and Lucy sings. Rumor has it that even their cats, dogs, and horses can also sing. Of course I got that info from the Internet... but I have to believe there is lots of singing around the holiday dinner table. Turns out that Mum is an experienced vocalist. Lucy and Martha had a great role model. So glad to see all three of them sharing their 'gifts' with rest of world. I like how they all sang 'Solo' for their parts rather than traditional 'Trio' until the end. I had heard Mum sang, but this was first time to actually hear her perform. When Mum sang, I could tell she was already a seasoned and experienced vocalist. And then, when they sang in 'Trio', the harmonizing was beyond amazing. Family Members harmonize almost perfectly due to Genetics. They have very similar musical instruments... same lips, mouths, tongues, throats, lungs, diaphragms, and of course vocal cords. Both Lucy and Martha continue growing their voices. Lucy was front and center, her very distinct vocals really stand out. She is able to add tons of depth and character in her singing. Every time I hear her sing a new song, I am immediately connected at an emotional level. Lucy is able to transform listeners into participants. She is an expert 'Story Teller' and weaves her beautiful vocal touches throughout the song. *_Thanks again for the review... hope to see more of Mum and the Sisters together._*
Yes, you have to continue to listen to them. Lucy is only 19 , Martha is around 14. They have a full life to be even better. It is so interesting to see how a superstar is born. From Lucy singing, at age 9 , Pocahontas, followed by beautyful covers of "Run", and all the others videos. If you listen chronologicaly to her videos , you will feel all the hard work Lucy did to achieve what she achieve until now. Looks her little sister is more shy but as good as her.👍👍🥰🥰🥰❤️
I honestly love this family. I have never met them but they seem like friends. I think Lucy is head and shoulders above any singer I have ever heard and Martha is not far behind. I have heard mum sing before so I knew where the talent came from.
Randy yes I agree, what a family !!! And I too have heard Louise sing some but never on good recording equipment, and also Martha first time on good equipment, there are cellphone recordings of Martha at 10 singing on Twitter, twice and yes she is great, but we have to keep reminding ourselves that Martha is 5 years and 8 months behind Lucy in development and maturity but she is improving very nicely !! !! great family !!!
Hi There a good reaction to the fabulous Lucy and her family Have you tried listening to some of her older songs you can hear how her voice has matured and become even better I suggest you start with "Listen" from her premier album I think she was 14 on this one I have heard her singing colours of the wind age 9 and its unbelievable. Lucy is a true star

I was on you tube notifications when the notification popped up and I immediately clicked on it and had to watch it 3 or 4 times and was in awe at what a wonderful idea that formant was, each singing individually so we could hear their voices and I was stunned !!! We know Lucy is absolutely the best singer I have ever heard, and Martha was back after 8 months not recording and WOW !!! She has matured both physically and musically, her voice has improved, hard to tell her from Lucy, and I knew their Mother Louise could sing several cell phone recordings of her and Lucy in the car singing and then to hear her sing with good equipment was just fantastic !!! She is such a loving, beautiful classy person and it shows in her girls, and the girls love of one another is sisterly love, we saw it in our two girls that were 4 years apart, the older one had to "help" take care of the younger one, as seen in their song "You Raise Me Up", and the older one learned to be a mother, and that stays with them. And Lucy including Martha in her singing is priceless. I have waited since I discovered them to hear Martha sing by herself and this fulfilled that wish. Although I have hear Martha at 10 do a solo recorded outside on a cell phone and she is good. Martha at 13 is the same age Lucy was when Lucy appeared on UK voice so maybe we will hear more of Martha. and maybe ??? Louise??? Anyway I knew you would enjoy this special video tribute to Mothers as March 19 is Mothers day in the UK !!! Thanks for the react and yes we can ALL say that is what perfection looks and sound like !! ! What love that family shows each other !! !
This is a very heartwarming video that is very well done. It shows the talent that is in this family as well as the big love. All three are amazing singers and beautiful in every way. Their harmony and gorgeous voices are out of this world! And the purity of their relationships is evident. I am very happy that you see their uniqueness and how very special they are.
George... true and it makes me wish I had been raised in a family like this as we three kids just grew up, not raised, it always seemed we were just in the way, and the old man was gone most of my life chasing HIS dream. I hope Lucy and Martha realise how fortunate they are to be growing up in a loving family that cared and loves them !! !
For me the most beautiful video of Lucy. Here you can also see from whom she and Martha got their talent. Unlike so many other young talents, Lucy was built up slowly and carefully without being exploited as a child. She was only allowed to try her hand at the Voice Kids once, but then she went straight back home to study. For this reason, she will also have long-term success, even if nobody talks about all the other young talents.
Lucy stated in an interview on Irish Radio that she was INVITED to participate the year earlier and she said she did not feel ready and it was HER choice the following year to participate. LUCY'S CHOICE !!!
