On December 4, 2013 at Convocation, North America's largest weekly gathering of Christian students, Sarah Palin spoke with President Jerry Falwell, Jr. and Vice President Johnnie Moore in a discussion panel environment. Sarah touched on the foundational influence of her faith throughout all of her decisions. In offering advice to students, she challenged them to "put your life in God's hands and see what He does with it."
Sarah Palin is a well-known politician and author. In 2008 she was the running Vice Presidential candidate for John McCain. She was also the first, and youngest, woman to become the governor of Alaska in in 2006 through 2009.
Sarah Palin has recently released her newest book, "Good Tidings and Great Joy: Protecting the Heart of Christmas". In this book, Palin speaks on the "war of Christmas" and draws from personal stories and experience.
