This is one of those unethical immigration consultants....licensed but to take as much money as they can from you. Many applied and can't get PR....it gets delayed and delayed. Many are on indefinite visitor status. They might have to go back to Hong Kong and work in China.

請問可否解釋多一點 (video 時間1：39說到的條件) "持有的簽證即將失效"。 距離現有permit失效時間多少，才算"即將"失效?(3個月，1個月，1星期）?
我已申請PR(under HK Pathway)，現有OWP一年後到期。因新OWP審批可能要十個八個月，太遲申請的話，我擔心僱主見我現有OWP快到期，不跟我續約。
請問"太早"申請新OWP(香港人專屬通道的 OWP)，IRCC會用這理由reject嗎？
網上見有人話3個月內到期可以申請

在移民部官網上沒有明確列明期限，一般建議至少在原有簽證失效前一個月就已經遞交簽證續簽的申請，所以只要你的臨時居民身份在等候 PR 申請獲批期間將會失效便可以申請這個 OWP。
至於工作的話，在你遞交 OWP 申請後，幾天內就會收到一封顯示你符合資格在加拿大工作的文件，所以不用太擔心
請問其他家庭成員的工簽和學簽，是否在IMM5170 度填好資料，提交申請後ircc就會各人出張permit extension letter？
