I'm currently installing mine. Missing a few bolts from the kit but I'm making it work with miscellaneous hardware I've accumulated. Really not too difficult a process, just a bit time consuming
I’ve watched this video about 6 times and going to attempt it tomorrow. I’m physically disabled so I’m a little worried but hopefully I won’t struggle too much, giving myself 8+ hours of light just in case haha
Reading this comment made me feel so much more confident in doing this myself, I got brain damage from a severe head injury as a kid and short term memory(remembering instructions shit like this) never works out. Wish me luck boss!
My intercooler upper mounting brackets snapped off the plastic extrusions on the radiator! On the first drive I drove over some train tracks and went up in the air 3 times with my stiff coilovers and when I got home the intercooler was resting on the bumper
I came to the comments section for the same exact problem. So far I am not impressed with the engineering department at CPE. Seems like they half assed the install.
Help! Cp-e didn’t include packing list or instructions with my intercooler. I’ve called and emailed them with no luck. Anyone know where I can download or can someone email me their instructions??? I’m comfortable installing everything up to the the mounting part. Would be nice to have clear step by step on hanging the intercooler

What were your dimensions of the intercooler?
I’m having issues with the top bracket where it won’t slide in

The video should show you everything you need to do. I’m not sure I have the sheet instructions anymore.

Intercoolers won’t effect smog.
At Cj pony parts states there illegal in Cali why
You’d have to ask them but intercoolers are simply for cooling intake charge temps. It will not affect anything with emissions.
