In my 60’s, I don’t let people dump on me and stew over it. You got 5 minutes. I also learned to be like a goldfish when it comes to drama, goldfish remember things for 30 seconds. Maintaining these concepts and keeping my focus on Christ has led me to peace. Blessings.
